Pros:

Un concediu super reușit ! Curățenie ,mâncare foarte buna , relaxare și mai ales conectarea cu natura din mijlocul zonei spa ne-a lăsat cu gura căscată . V-om reveni cu drag .

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous location with 11/10 service. Very well looked after and staff went out thier way to ensure our stay was extra special. Room was absolutely beautiful. We went in a season where it was quiet so it was lovely and peaceful. Scenery was picturesque. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Alin and Robert for making our stay extra special and ensured we had everything we needed at all times. Absolute pleasure to be there and we will revisit again!

Locatie cu potential, administrata jalnic.
Pros:

Locatia frumoasa, iti ia ochii la prima vedere. Situata intr-o zona cu peisaj f frumos. Are potential!

Cons:

Senzatie generala de mizerie la piscina, in 3 zile cat am stat nu am vazut pe nimeni sa dea cu un mop. Mirosuri ciudate atat la piscina cat si in baia din canera.
In 3 zile nu au schimbat lenjeria din camera.
Curentul pica din 10 in 10 min.
Sauna jalnica, podea rupta, cap de suruburi metalice in banca care se infierbantau si nu puteai sta jos.
Sauna umeda nici nu te puteai apropia de ea, mirosea a hoit.
Personal putin. In fiecare zi erau cate doi baieti pe tura care faceau pe-a ospatarii, barmani si tot ei erau si cameriste. In schimb foarte amabili, isi dadeau tot interesul.
La mic dejun dupa ora 9:00 nu mai gaseai nimic de mancare, suplimentau f greu si f puțin.
Pretul astronomic raportat la ce ofera.
Cu siguranța nu vom reveni!

enorme Lautstärke, da Zimmer an Hauswand war und dahinter Technik lief (Zimmer 111/112/211/212 meiden); Pool im Sommer auf 33°C geheizt - keine Abkühlung; Restaurant überteuert; Wellnessbereich nicht wirklich vorhanden; Am Außenpool sind zwei Saunen und ein Jacuzzi - Ruhe Fehlanzeige;

We had a wonderful time. Rooms are spacious, staff were very warm and accommodating. The hotel is very serene with amazing view to the mountains. The kids loved the pools. The restaurant was very good. Highly recommended

Recomandam pentru vacanta.
Pros:

Locatie foarte primitoare. Personalul tanar si foarte amabil, atent si cu raspunsuri imediate la orice solicitare. Mic dejun foarte variat si bogat. Piscinele exact ca in descrierea de pe site, cu apa calda, foarte curate, cu jacuzzi, saune functionale. Curatenie impecabila. Prosoape pentru piscina puse la dispozitie de locatie, la fel halate si papuci.

Cons:

Nu a fost cazul.

Beautiful hotel, staff very nice and friendly (and going over and above to help), great and varied breakfast and restaurant options (very satisfied); swimming pool was good; room had a balcony with view to forest which was great

Swimming pool was super busy during the day with outside guests as well; hotel doesn’t really have a green area / walking options nearby; noise from other rooms quite loud / disturbing at night

Πολύ ωραίο κ καθαρό. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο κ εξυπηρετικότατο. Επειδή θα φεύγαμε νωρίς κ δεν θα προλαβαίναμε το πρωινό, μας τα έδωσαν από το προηγούμενο βράδυ. Πολύ μεγάλο κ άνετο πάρκινγκ με σκίαστρο.

Zona este bună

Cons:

Angajați împiedicați, același care servesc masa și fac curat în piscină. Rău. Am mers fără așteptări și am luat țeapă. Prețuri mari, te lovești peste tot de pat, de chiuvetă, poziționate aiurea. Scump și nesatisfăcător.
