Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Nice size rooms, excellent breakfast, great staff. Enjoy!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh vegetables and salads as well as cheeses, eggs and pastries. My wife is vegan and the chef was more than happy to accomodate her with hummus omlettes and tofu shakshua.
The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The men's dry sauna was not working when we were there. Also there was no mention of an extra charge to use the spa on days that you are not getting a spa treatment.

Totally relaxing - an oasis of peace.
Pros:

The Kedma hotel is exquisitely designed throughout and down to the smallest detail. The style is unique, using local crafts and materials to blend into the landscape. The food is plentiful and delicious (although pricey), and the service is polite and attentive. I think Kedma should be a source of pride for Israel, competing easily with any hotel in Europe. Thank you.

Cons:

Not enough clothes hangers. Also, it would be a courtesy to the guests to provide fresh bottles of water every day.

זו כבר פעם שניה שלנו ואנחנו לא הפסקנו להתפעל מהמלון. כל פינה מעוצבת בטוב טעם. יש במלון משהו מאוד נעים שמתאים לסביבה המדברית. הצוות ידידותי ונעים המתקנים ברמה גבוהה. פשוט נפלא

צוות שירות חדרים ובספא היו מקסימים ממש וכמובן מיכל המקסימה מהקבלה שהיתה מדהימה והתחשבה בבן זוגי שהוא פוסט טראומתי ומטופל.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר גם בשבת וגם למחרת בראשון היתה מאוד מאכזבת בהשוואה למלונות 5 כוכבים. האוכל היה יבש מאוד והחביתה היתה לא מבושלת ומלאהההההה בשמן. פעמיים ניסה לעשות חביתה ולא הצליח לו.
המאפים היו יבשים והרגשה של חוסר טריות.
האוכל בבריכה היה מאוד מאכזב (סלט קיסר עם רצועות פרגית שהיה חתיכה קטנה של רצועות אל מול מלא חסה. והסנדוויץ' עם האסאדו המפורק הרגיש לא טרי או המטבל היה לא טוב כי בן זוגי כשעתיים אחרי בילה בשירותים כי הרגיש נוראי.. בקיצור מבאס שזו הרמה-ציפיתי ליותר מרשת ישרוטל (אנחנו שנים אצלכם וזו פעם ראשונה שלנו בקדמא).

ביום שבת ביקשנו לעשות צ'ק אין מוקדם כדי להרוויח גם את ארוחת הבוקר או לקזז את ארוחת הבוקר בשבת (300 שח) שחייבו אותנו כי טרם בוצע לנו צ'ק אין. זה משהו שאם מנהל היה במקום היה מסדיר את זה ונותן לנו חוויה טובה יותר.. סתם איכזבו.

יש רעש חודר בין החדרים שומעים כול תריקת דלת וכול רעש המחדר השכן היינו חדר 120.
בברכה שחייה לא מחוממת מספיק, ילדים קטנים יוצאים רועדים מקור.
מזרן קפיצים בחדר היה לא נוח שווה להשקיע המזרונים איכותיים יותר.
