Important information:

Pros:

האוכל מעולה, חדרים יפים ועיצוב מהמם.

Cons:

הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת וציינו את זה בהזמנה שהגענו לא היה שום יחס מצוות המלון מה שבחיים לא קרה ברשת מלונות ישרוטל.
כל בקשה מהקבלה/שירות חדרים היא בתוספת תשלום על שילוח, היו המון ילדים לכן פחות מתאים לזוג שבא לחופשה שקטה.
בנוסף, לא היה הרבה מקום בבריכה לכל האורחים.

החדר שלנו לא היה נקי בכלל
מה שהעיב על התחושה ודיי גרם להרגשה לא נוחה. זו לא פעם ראשונה אצלכם ולכן היה מאכזב. היה ממש לכלוך במקלחת, ולא מעט. המיטה לא היתה נקייה. הרצפה היתה מלוכלכת.

היה מקסים ולמרות שהבריכה קטנה -עדיין היינו חוזרים שוב- כי כלל החוויה כולה היה חיובי.
Pros:

מלון מעוצב ברוח מדברית, מוזיקת רקע נעימה, חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, חלוקי מגבת, נעלי בית, הכל מעוצב בעץ וחבלים בחשיבה על כל דבר. גם המרחב של המלון מסביב לחדרים בלובי -מקסים. היינו כשהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה והיתה אווירה נעימה, תרבותית ושקטה. ארוחת הבוקר מלאה ומגוונת, בלובי יש אחר הצהריים כדים עם תה קר בטעמים שונים ועוגיות ופרות יבשים. יש בר בבריכה לארוחת צהריים ומסעדה חלבית בלובי. יש גם שירות חדרים. המקום עצמו- בקרבת מסלולי טבע מדהימים.

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שהיה פחות מוצלח זאת הבריכה- הבריכה עצמה מקסימה ויש הרבה מיטות מסביב אבל כשהמלון בתפוסה מלאה הבריכה הופכת לכזאת שאפשר בעיקר לטבול בה- אי אפשר לשחות. כמו כן אין מספיק מיטות שיזוף לכולם- יש הרבה ואפשר גם לשבת מסביב וצוות המלון מנסה לעזור אבל עדיין- הבריכה קטנה והשטח סביבה קטן.

Very nice and relaxing.

Very clean, helpful staff, great food., comfortable bed.

Cons:

I had one uncomfortable experience, while sitting at the bar near the pool one of the staff was banging on the ice in the chest freezer and making alot of noise. I was sitting with friends and the noise interferred. I requested he stop but his supervisor said it was necessary. The noise continued for another 5 minutes or so but I feel this was very inconsiderate and surely could have been done later.

Also we felt that pitchers of cold water should be on the tables during meal time. It is annoying to have to run and fill your not so big glass several times during the meal.

The music in the bar was quite loud towards the end of the evening. We had to leave because we could not hear each other and we sat as far away as possible.

A place to hang wet clothes would be nice.

אקוסטיקה לא טובה בחדר אוכל וצפוף נורא, בריכה קטנה יחסית ועמוסה באנשים, אפילו לא נכנסנו מרוב צפיפות.

המזרון במיטה היה רך ושקוע. כל תנועה של זוגי במיטה הזיז את הצד השני. אמנם כשביקשתי שמו כיסויי עליון אבל זה לא עזר. לא החליפו מזרון למזרון קשה יותר.
