Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

מלון מהמם מבחינת עיצוב, שקט מדברי. עובדים אדיבים.

Cons:

אין מספיק כיסאות לכל האורחים בבריכה. הבריכה עצמה קטנה. ארוחת בוקר דלה ולא כמו שישרוטל מגישים בדרך כלל. אין מסביב למלון יותר מידי מה לעשות או לאכול.

החדר מרווח, נעים, נקי, מצויד בכל מה שצריך.
העיצוב של המלון מהמם.
הפקידות קבלה בספא היו מקסימות.
האוכל ממש טעים ומגוון.
העובדים בחדר אוכל אדיבים ונעימים.

Cons:

הבריכה קטנה יחסית וכשהגענו בשבת בצהריים לא היה מקום לשבת סביבה ולהינות ממנה.
אין התחושה של "וואו" לאורח כמו שחוויתי במלונות אחרים. לא מצפה שאף אחד יצא מגדרו עבורנו כמובן :), אבל לא היו איזה מחוות נעימות לאורח שעושות חשק לחזור שוב.

Beautiful property, really clean and well designed
Pros:

Such a beautiful property and so well kept / clean. We loved our stay here. Really well designed rooms. The pool was so nice and relaxing, the beds by the pool were so comfortable, and the music felt relaxing as well.

On top of that, the food for breakfast and dinner was really great as well. Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

Cons:

Only downside was that on weekends it was hard to find chairs next to the pool.

Cons:

They are in the middle of the desert and do not leave water bottles in the room after cleaning !!!! , the receptionist told my wife that she can fill a bottle of water from the tap in the dining room!!!!!!! They save on guests and try to charge unnecessary money from guests, an expensive hotel that does not justify what it charges, you cannot sit in the pool after breakfast because it is fully booked, not recommended

המלון מקסים בטוב טעם, אבל היו קבוצה גדולה שהגיע של וועדי עובדים, היה רעש בכל מקום, בבריכה לא היה מקום לשבת, בחדר אוכל צפוף ורועש, החדר היה ממוקם ליד הבריכה והבר, אז היה רעש, המלון מקסים אבל שקט ושלווה לא היה.

המרפסת ממש קטנה ובלי נוף, חדר ליד הבריכה צריך לציין שיותר רועש, שרות חדרים בתשע בערב צריך להודיע לפני הופענו ממש, כשיש קבוצה שמגיעה וזה ידוע מראש, צריך לעדכן שלא יהיה שקט ושלווה ביומיים האלו כפי שצפנו, ושילמנו הרבה כסף.

מקום יפהפה! למרות שהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה לא הורגש עומס חריג.. נהנינו מהספא ומהחמאם הטורקי מאד! ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. וגם עשינו טיול אופניים בשטח מהמלון שנהנינו ממנו מאד!

Cons:

המרפסת של החדר שלנו פנתה למסדרון ציבורי.. מבאס האמת כי זה בא על חשבון פרטיות. בכללי לא משתכנעת שהמחירים האילו הגיוניים אבל אם כבר שילמנו ככ הרבה הייתי מצפה למקסימום פרטיות.. הכל אכן מהמם אבל המרפסת בלי קשר יכולה לקבל קצת יותר טיפוח ואופי וגם חסר בידוד אקוסטי בין החדרים.

Pros:

La décoration, les équipements et le personnel très à l’écoute
Le safari nocturne et la sortie à vélo

Cons:

La musique omniprésente et beaucoup trop forte
Il aurait été de bon ton qu’une bouteille d’eau soit offerte chaque jour comme cela se fait dans le reste du pays
