passt so fürs OASG - ich komme wieder nächstes Jahr
Pros:

die Lage ist top und Hampi sehr sympathisch

Cons:

am Samstag morgen der grosse Lärm im Hotel und die vielen Leute, die auch zum Reinigen gekommen sind - am Sonntag das selbe Ding - ausserdem ist alles sehr ringhörig

Hotel is along bars - noisy location
Pros:

Staff was helpful, moved our room from 4th to 1st flr since there is no lift it will be too hard for us to carry our luggages

Cons:

1. The stairs is a bit tricky when your carrying your luggages (small steps)
2. Area is along the street with bars. Hotel is on top of a bar which is open till late night. Since its summer its too hot so we open the window but the downside is - too noisy from the outside. If your a light sleeper you can only sleep once the bar closes
3. I never knew that shower is inside the room! I just used the duvet cover to cover the shower area else no privacy
4. I dont like the bed cover its too rough. Instead i used the duvet to cover the bed

Look for other options than this one.

Qualità mediocre a prezzo medio, va bene per una notte
Pros:

Ottima posizione nel centro di San Gallo con comoda uscita di servizio.

Cons:

In generale, la struttura sembra molto spartana ed adatta a chi o non ha molte pretese o si deve solo fermare una notte: il mobilio è di bassa qualità, i lenzuoli sono ruvidi, è fornita soltanto una luce di lettura sul comodino e la stanza si trova al 4° piano senza ascensore, con rampe strette e molto ripide (per persone anziane o per chi viaggia con molti bagagli, è sconsigliato)

Zu teuer für eine echte Bruchbude
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eine echte Absteige, die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig und es war entsprechend kalt im Zimmer. Wenn die Person im Zimmer nebenan hustete, hatte man den Eindruck, sie stehe neben einem. Die Wände sind 0% schalldicht und das Mobiliar scheint noch aus den 70ger Jahren zu kommen. Die Fenster sind wohl noch älter und entsprechend kaum schalldicht oder isolierend. Unter dem Bett waren neben einer dicken Staubschicht auch alte PET-Flaschen etc. zu finden. Die Matratze passt besser in ein Brockenhaus oder Museum als in ein Hotel. Ich würde mich nicht beschweren, wenn die Übernachtung 40CHF gekostet hätte - für 80 CHF pro Nacht ist es aber schon eher eine Frechheit.. In der Umgebung ist es am Wochenende die ganze Nacht hindurch bis früh morgens sehr laut. Wer etwas ruhiges komfortables sucht ist hier definitiv fehl am platz.
