Unbeatable location on the beach front. Lots of very helpful and attentive staff.
Our room was a bit dated, shower in the bath could potentially be a risk for older guests. The AC wasn’t working properly, I did report it but it wasn’t fixed, just blew air uncooled.
Everything as usual
The staff were helpful and friendly but either they nursing and uncoordinated.
We stay there every year but this year was disappointing because the staff in the restaurant were poorly trained.

Hotel is simply beautiful. Wonderful view from the balcony, spacious comfortable clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast is awesome. Facitoes were excellent. And the staff are friendly, professional and attentive.

12.5% service change for drinks bought at the bar. I asked for it to be removed from my bill which they did.
