Lovely hotel and location
Pros:

Great location, beautiful beach, friendly staff, great breakfast and service, clean rooms and well serviced and stocked during stay, nice touch offering milk and cookie at bedtime for children.

Cons:

Food and drinks expensive. Heated towel rail in the room
didn’t work and with no balcony all our beach stuff had nowhere to dry so stayed wet and damp. Did have someone come to our room to fix it but it wasn’t resolved.

Wonderful Break @ L'Horizon Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful view of the huge sandy beach from our balcony. Very comfortable hotel, staff friendly and care about the service they provide.

Cons:

The Caesar Salad was not too good. Chicken and green leafs were tough.

Altogether a lovely week at L’Horizon and we will be back again
Pros:

The setting was idyllic and facilities were very good

Cons:

We did have an initial issue with the room that was allocated. It was not what we had paid for but after some issues Ethan the reception manager took charge and sorted it out for us. I have to say that Ethan was excellent and looked after us until he could allocate the right room to us in a couple of hours. He is not only very professional but also a very nice person. Thanks again Ethan

Aanrader!! Je kan er ook heerlijk eten!
Pros:

Personeel was super aardig. Twee keer per dag schone handdoeken en een schone, opgeruimde kamer, met een chocolaatje op je kussen.

Cons:

We vonden het vervelend dat we al om 17 uur de strandbedjes moesten verlaten.
