Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très professionnel, et le service de restauration particulièrement attentif, Alessha, Abin, Unni Kaish, Aslam, Chinchu, Nithin et Kal Pana se dévouent à chacun des services pour satisfaire les clients. La piscine est grande et bien située, de sorte que chacun peut en profiter sans inconvénient même en période d'affluence. L'hôtel est très calme, loin de l'agitation de la ville.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport à la ville, ce qui nécessite de prendre un moyen de locomotion chaque fois que l'on désire faire une visite, mais les avantages de l'établissement sont tels que cela n'a guère d'importance.

I had a wonderful stay at Uday Suites Resort. The resort is beautifully maintained, with a peaceful ambiance that makes it a perfect place to relax. The hospitality was truly outstanding—the staff were warm, courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The food was of excellent quality, with delicious dishes and great service. Every part of the property was clean and well maintained, reflecting the care and attention given to guests.

Overall, Uday Suites Resort exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, quality food, and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend this resort. I look forward to visiting again!

Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport and ideal in that sense. The staff are always friendly.

Cons:

The rooms, though comfortable, are dated. There was a strong odor when we entered the room but someone came with deoderizer. Our room was pretty much at the far end of the 2nd floor which is annoying when you come in at 4 am. If you are booking a room via the property’s website and intend to use SBI net banking, don’t bother as that is not an option.

Wonderful stay in calm and beautiful spot close to the airport.
Pros:

I had a great stay at Uday Suites. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and supported me with my disability every day with no fuss at all. I found the room itself to be incredibly relaxing, spacious, and with a lovely balcony view overlooking the pool. I'd say the room and the view in real life was even better than the pictures. The food was excellent. Really can't fault it in any way. If I was in Trivandrum again, I'd gladly go back.
