Cons:

Персонал очень плохо работает. Отель пощиционирует себя как petfriendly, но по факту, они ни разу не предложили моей собаке воды, в номере не было миски.
Я ужинала у них в ресторане на территории, людей почти не было, заказ несли 40 минут, крылышки принесли холодными, пицца не вкусная, пересолена. Не принесли ни приборы, ни тарелки, даже салфетки не принесли для рук, персонал не внимательный, после просьбы принести салфетки и приборы, снова ушла на 10минут. К еде не принесли ни соусов, ничего. Номера маленькие, полотенца жёсткие и старые. Кровать слишком мягкая. С неровными матрасами.
