The perfect place in Venice!
Pros:

Great location, in walking distance to parking facilty. Extreamly nice staff! The house is located at a canal and has a beautiful garden space. We loved our stay there.

Definiitly recommend Hotel Moresco for Venice.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, wtih an assortment of typical European pastries. They also offerred eggs and borught them out to you. Happy Hour consisted of some great snack foods in the sitting room off the foyer with great service.

Cons:

We were hoping to do some laundry as we had been traveling for 7 days and they did not have laundry service available so that was the only disappointment.

Excellent property, Excellent staff, Quiet, but a minimum 25 minute walk each way to main spots
Pros:

quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent A/C, excellent staff

Cons:

The location of the property is far removed from the main areas to visit in Venice. It's a minimum 25 walk to the main area just to get there, plus another 25 minutes minimum back. It's too far unless you are willing to pay a water taxi Euro 70 to bring you back to the hotel each time.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is also not far from the railway and bus station. The staff was very friendly. The room was big enough, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We loved the breakfast! It was a joy to be there, I would be happy to come back.

Pros:

In the evening they had happy hour which meant that you ordered something to drink and then you could eat as much of the buffet (small dishes) as you wanted. This was perfect for us and we didn’t have to go to a restaurant but instead we spent the evening in the garden drinking and eating.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

Location wasn’t really central, the rooms and decor were fine.
The reception staff are terrible, basic requests like ordering a taxi, asking for an extra pillow are treated with disdain. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in any Italian hotel.
These good reviews must be a joke
I regret booking with them and won’t be relying on TripAdvisor reviews ever again.
