Very nice pool area and clean, spacious rooms. A good variety for breakfast. Attentive staff. They give a Thai dessert every night in your room.
It's not recommended to swim in the beach area due to boats. The property only has 2 parking spots for cars that are first come first serve. It can be difficult to park on the busy street at times.

The pool was nice
The breakfast was quite disappointing, with very limited variety. Also, despite booking a pool villa, we had no drying rack in either the room or on the balcony, unlike the other rooms in the hotel. This made it impossible to properly dry our swimwear.

Spacious room
Way too noisy. The resort next door plays loud music all morning and afternoon. There’s loud plane noise every 20 mins or so.
The staff is not very helpful and small requests take a very long time.
There’s construction on the road outside, not easy to get to.
All in all, really seemed like a waste of money for me
There is a smell of mold and mildew in the rooms, and the hallway is full of trash that isn't being cleared away.
