Pros:

Siamo stati accolti benissimo sia dallo staff che dalla proprietà che ci hanno accolto come a casa. Tutto ben organizzato, anche la navetta gratuita per la spiaggia che pur distando 300 metri dalla struttura era sempre disponibile. Colazione ricca di prodotti, fanno molti dolci in casa e la cena ottima con buffet di antipasti e contorni, doppi primi e doppi secondi. Una struttura super consigliata.

Super! Hotel a pochi passi da Grotticelle Beach. Voto 10 e lode!
Pros:

Eccellente Hotel a pochi passa dalla spiaggia di Grotticelle la spiaggia più bella di capo Vaticano. Ottima cucina con cibi freschi e marinari. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort staff super amichevole siamo stati benissimo.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è curata, pulitissima e offre un servizio navetta per la spiaggia.
Un ringraziamento speciale va alle receptionist Anna e Teodora sempre sorridenti, professionali e disponibili a soddisfare con grande cortesia ogni esigenza.
Un ringraziamento anche ai camerieri di sala Antonio e MD, che con la loro attenzione e professionalità hanno offerto un servizio impeccabile, rendendo tutto più piacevole
La cucina è impeccabile; piatti ottimi, ben preparati.
Pulizia delle camere eccellente.
Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la passione e l'impegno che mettono nel loro lavoro.

Personale molto cortese ed accogliente, hanno sempre e comunque soddisfatto le nostre richieste, camera confortevole e molto pulita. Ristorazione di buon livello con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ideale per le famiglie.

Cons:

Essendo a circa 500 metri dalla spiaggia da fare in salita al ritorno la posizione non è ottimale. C'è comunque una navetta gratuita che porta in spiaggia che però non è esclusiva. Per rendere perfetto questo hotel sarebbe necessaria una navetta solo per i propri clienti senza condivisioni.

Una vacanza da ricordare
Pros:

La camera è spaziosa, moderna e soprattutto pulitissima. La posizione ottima ed il parcheggio dell’albergo gratuito. Il servizio navetta preciso e gli autisti molto gentili. Il mare stupendo. Il servizio ombrelloni in spiaggia da perfezionare ma sapientemente gestito dal titolare il sig. Giacomo che ringrazio. Il cibo ottimo dalla colazione alla cena. Un ringraziamento speciale alle signore addette alle pulizie che hanno svolto un lavoro ineccepibile, un applauso alla giovane e talentuosa pasticcera ed un grazie al giovane cameriere sempre attento e cordiale. Complimenti

Personál bol ústretový, aj keď nie všetci vedeli po anglicky. Vždy sa dalo dohovoriť. Boli nápomocní a priateľskí. Raňajky boli fajn. Odvoz a šoféri z kyvadlovej dopravy boli super. Upratovačky boli tiež veľmi šikovne a rýchle.

Cons:

Izba mala byt izby s výhľadom na nádvorie, namiesto toho sme mali izbu s výhľadom do betónového plotu, priamo pri ceste. Chýbal detsky kútik, ktorý bol písaný v popise, ak teda za detsky kútik nemáme považovať stary ošúchaný stolný futbal s panacikmi bez hlavy. Pritom na terase je krásne miesto ideálne pre pár hračiek. Celkovo som bola sklamana z pomeru ceny a izby.
