Recommend really worth it for the price
Pros:

We had an unexpected issue when we first checked in,However, as soon as we reported it, the owner and staff responded immediately and handled the situation very professionally.
They took full responsibility, quickly moved us to another room, upgraded our accommodation, and made a generous gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. What impressed us most was how seriously they took the issue and how committed they were to making things right.
While the initial problem was unfortunate, the excellent customer service, responsiveness, and genuine care shown by the owner turned the experience into a positive one. We really appreciated their professionalism a

De ligging en de kamer waren perfect

Cons:

Het restaurant leek op een refter. Zeer veel lawaai. Veel eten maar nogal duits getint.
Zwembad is veel kleiner dan op foto.

Výnimočný hotel, blízko pláže ****
Pros:

V prvom rade treba pochváliť personál, 😍recepčné všetko ochotne riešia, izby sú každý deň upratané, čistota je na vysokej úrovni. 👍Odporúčam dokúpiť si večere, jedlá sú kvalitné, štvorchodová večera, treba dať pozor, aby ste sa neprejedli, lebo obsluha je veľmi štedrá 😍. Raňajky sú bohaté, šikovná dievčina na požiadanie pripraví palacinky, ❤️ omeletu. Všade sa dá cestovať vlakom, Capo Vaticano má strategickú polohu pre výlety do Tropea, Scilla, Pizzo, Reggio Callabria. Treba pozrieť západ slnka na Bellvedere. More je čisté, buduje sa infraštruktúra.👍

Sehr gutes Hotel aber etwas hellhörig

Personal war sehr freundlich, super Lage zum Strand, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück, netter kleiner Pool, sehr sauber, Reinigungspersonal sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit an der Rezeption. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer, die lauten Türsummer, wenn die Nachbarn ihr Zimmer betreten. Die Klimaanlage hat immer wieder zwischendurch gesummt, obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war.

ottima posizione, l'hotel si trova vicino ad una spiaggia stupenda. Camera pulita e bagno ampio. stupenda vista dalla veranda. buona colazione. il prezzo del soggiorno è davvero ottimo in relazione a quanto viene offerto.

Posizione tranquilla e vicino al mare, con un servizio transfer ogni mezz’ora circa che porta direttamente in spiaggia, super comodo vista la discesa/salita abbastanza ripida. Camere accoglienti e pulite, ristorante con cibo eccellente e staff gentile e disponibile. Ho chiesto un cambio camera, la prima che ci avevano assegnato dava direttamente sulla
Piscina e aveva poca privacy e subito ci hanno dato un altra sistemazione al primo piano con terrazza.

Cons:

L’unico neo, risolvibile, è la questione dei ticket per la prenotazione dell’ombrellone in spiaggia: gli ombrelloni non sono numerati e nonostante vengano prenotati, bisogna recarsi in spiaggia presto per trovare posto. Questo non ha molto senso in quanto si paga per questo servizio e dovrebbe esser logico trovare il proprio ombrellone con le sdraio prenotate. La spiaggia è piccola e posso capire la difficoltà di organizzarsi con gli ombrelloni per tutti gli ospiti ma si dovrebbe proporre delle alternative.

Ottimo
Pros:

Stanza molto pulita e ordinata. La posizione era comoda per andare in spiaggia e inoltre c’era anche la navetta gratis che ci poteva portare e poi riportare all’hotel.
Staff cordiali e disponibili. Colazione abbondante e molto piacevole
