Die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich

Cons:

Die Hausdame...ich fand sie in mancher Hinsicht etwas speziell....die Frage nach einem Fön wurde bejaht aber wir haben keinen bekommen
Am Tag unserer Ankunft ging man in unser Zimmer als wir nicht da waren und die Rollos wurden zu gemacht und ein kleines Licht an...sie hätte uns das sagen können das sie nochmal ins Zimmer muss...auf die Frage ob wir länger am Frühstückstisch sitzen können hieß es erst ja....wurden aber Punkt um raus geschmissen
Na ja es gibt schlimmeres...aber empfehlen würden wir es nicht

Pros:

Die ruhige Lage war super und trotzdem zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Auf der Straße noch auf dem Motorrad sitzend gefragt zu werden ob man gebucht hätte. Die zweite Frage war direkt ob man Bargeld dabei hat. Das habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt und es als absolutes NoGo empfunden. Meine Anfrage ob ich mit einer Motorradgruppe buchen könne wurde rigoros abgelehnt. Motorradfahrer als Gruppe sind laut und das möchte man im Hotel nicht haben. Das Vorurteil, es lebe hoch. Weiterhin fehlte ein Haartrockner.
Das alles veranlasst mich dazu, dieses Haus nie wieder zu buchen und es keinesfalls irgendwem zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine erholsame und ruhige Nacht.
Am allerbesten aber war das Frühstück - mit Liebe aufgetischt und Sinn fürs Detail. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Etwas abseits vom Rhein und ziemlich bergauf, dafür aber ruhig gelegen.

Ontbijt was netjes

Cons:

Rare ervaring meegemaakt.
Eigenaresse heeft wat zaken op de kamer ( mag dat wel?) veranderd (wat we hebben gewassen en netjes opgehangen) de kleding lag daarna gewoon op de badkamer. Dit was tijdens het moment dat we zijn gaan eten.
De vloerbedekking zag er niet uit er lagen veel haren.
Bij de aankomst kwam de eigenaresse buiten en de eerste vraag was ' habt ihr cash dabei' , we hadden gehoopt op een ' hallo gasten'.

Schoon en net hotel met enkele minpunten.
Pros:

Ontbijt is goed, verschillende broodjes, beleg etc.
Hygiëne is goed, alles is heel netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Geen lift, kamers zijn op 2de verdieping, alleen bereikbaar met trap. Slecht ter been, heel vervelend op naar boven te komen.
Geen pinbetalingen mogelijk.
Hoofdkussens zijn zeer slecht. Bed is goed.

Quiet stay close to the river and with a very rude receptionist!
Pros:

Location. It was a quiet place close to the riverside and town centre. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The woman at the reception. Very. Very very rude!! I agree with the others that they said in comments about her. I travel a lot and I never experienced such treatment! I thought she might be like that with us, as she hates migrants but it seems like she speaks the same way even with German clients. She should never work in customer service, she has no people's skills. Absolutely unbelievable.
