Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel mit einer exzellenten Zimmeraufteilung und -ausstattung, eines der besten Hotels, die wir auf unseren Reisen bisher hatten.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Abendessen a la Carte unübertroffen lecker.

Cons:

Ausser orangen oder Gemüsegarten zum Frühstück, kein anderen Saft. Kaffe zum Frühstück hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Zimmer ohne Balkon

Wohlfühl-Oase im Kurpfalz-Ambiente am Neckar
Pros:

Ab dem Moment, in dem wir das Hotel betraten, haben wir uns sehr aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, es scheint, dass alle hier gerne arbeiten, dass ist ein tolles Zeichen und fällt gerade heutzutage auf.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, super sauber und sehr einladend - es wird an alles gedacht. Die Seifen sind köstlich, es gibt wirklich mehr als genügend Stauraum, Fenster können geöffnet werden, Türen gehen leise selbst ins Schloss, toller Badbereich - einfach herrlich.
Die Sauna ist von 17:00 Uhr - 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, Schlappen und Bademäntel gibt es an der Rezeption, Handtücher stehen im Saunabereich zur Verfügung. Dort gibt es auch Wasser zum trinken.
Geparkt werden kann ohne Vorreservierung für 10 € im hauseigenen Parkhaus oder an der Straße kostenfrei.
Vom Hotel aus geht man einmal über die Straße und ist direkt in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Trotz der Stadtnähe ist das Hotel (auch mit gekipptem Fenster) sehr sehr ruhig.
Die Betten sind fantastisch.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum, es gibt sogar einen Entsafter.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Excellent small hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Good location close to the old town area and the Kaiserpfalz. Well-designed modern hotel with many thoughtful details. Overall very comfortable. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Generous parking spaces.

Cons:

Door to the bathroom was semi-transparent which is not to everyone's taste.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschönen, sauberen Zimmern und einem sehr schönen Bad. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert hat uns auch der tolle SPA-Bereich – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Juniorsuite war sehr stylisch und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten alle sehr motiviert und bemühten sich um die Gäste. Das Restaurant ist erstklassig!

Bon séjour mais des points à améliorer
Pros:

Chambre confortable, propreté des lieux, personnel consciencieux, situation de l'hôtel, bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Impossible de régler la climatisation (flux d'air froid juste au dessus du lit) depuis la chambre.
La salle du petit déjeuner est ouverte jusqu'à 10h30 mais le buffet est fermé dès 10h. Il est dommage de l'apprendre une fois attablé ! Cela ne nous a toutefois pas gêné.
Les prix du restaurant sont assez élevés pour une nourriture plutôt courante (une portion de spaghetti "Bolognaise" plutôt insipide facturé 23 € !)
Une caution par empreinte bancaire de 300 € est effectuée dès l'arrivée.
