Cons:

Като цяло никога няма персонал, който да те обслужи - звъниш им по телефона и те ти казват кой ключ да вземеш от тези на рецепцията. Поискахме стая с балкон и стаята беше направо потопена в цигарен дим - още с влизането през вратата, при отворени прозорци за проветряване, те удря една изключително тежка миризма на цигари. От удобствата в стаята не сме се възползвали. Има безплатен паркинг долу ( няма обособени паркоместа ). Магазинче на метри от хотела.

Много приятен престой! Хотелът е чист, поддържан и с уютна атмосфера. Стаите са удобни и добре оборудвани, а персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Локацията също е много добра. Бих посетила отново!

Много приятно място! Локацията е супер удобна, всичко е близо. Персоналът беше много любезен и винаги готов да помогне. Стаята беше чиста и добре поддържана. Хареса ни и обновеното кафене – много приятно за сядане и почивка. Бихме дошли пак!

Pros:

I liked it. For the value of money it was good quality hotel. Clean sheets, warm water, very warm room in the winter. To me a good stay. We haven't met the receptionist, she left us the key on the reception, on the phone she was very polite
