We gave notice of our check in time as it was going to be late, we'd travelled very far and we're exhausted when we arrived the the guy didn't speak English and they only gave us one room despite booking two and paying for two,it took a long time and a lot of stress due to the language barrier to try and get our second room key which when you're exhausted and dirty is just not pleasant.
Our rooms had blocked drains, so the bathroom flooded and the sink, I had to wash in the kitchen sink.
The WiFi didn't work either
We ordered breakfast, ( fruit and pancakes) we had a flight.
The waiter disappeared for 25 minutes to return with a Google translation of
No pancakes
But didn't bring the fruit or anything so we'd now run out of time to eat and we'd paid for breakfast!
I brought this all the the attention of the hotel to try and rectify they just fobbed me off with contact booking.com customer service which is basically pointlessness.
So we paid for a hotel to
Sleep comfortably: check no complaints there.
Wash: Nope!
Eat: Have breakfast before boarding a flight, Nope!
Wifi: To do our online check in: Nope!
The staff are friendly and try to help but they speak no English which puts them in an unfair position in my opinion, as this hotel had a lot of problems and no management around so these staff with no English get the brunt and it's not fair on them!
This hotel could have been amazing as the rooms were great etc but it's a shame as it ended up being a really horrible experience and the owners clearly don't care.

Good location in the city centre, walking distance to many cafe restaurants & famous Lombok culinary. They also upgraded my room for free :)

The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop was a good surprise, for a drink and breakfast. Staff was friendly :)
Different menus at the reception and restaurant (rooftop), which result in surcharge at the end (American breakfast for example).
Had to stay overnight in Mataram because of the rain. Had a late check-in. Staff met me and helped with the check-in. Later, Wan also helped me retrieve my motorbike, which I had left at the petrol station—a good location, with modern new rooms and a good cafe upstairs.
The place pretty cozy and clean. I love the room decoration and there's a little pantry in the corner. But sadly the room service was'nt good enough, some staff speak & laugh louder, not friendly & helpfull yet. Must be improvement for staff hospitality, and the hostel will be favourite place to stay in mataram.
Liked the location, nice and central - close to Epicentrum, and the things I need to be near - rooms were exactly as advertised, breakfast was standard, but good, rooftop cafe was lovely. Overall excellent for the price point.
Outside of their control, but they were having some plumbing issues at the time. Again, outside of their control, but street noise was a little hectic one day as parades were going past.
