Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel! Very modern and comfortable, super friendly staff that makes you feel at home, and perfect food. The food alone is worth booking a stay here! But this hotel is also a great base for hiking, providing easy access to both Seceda and Alpe de Suisse hiking trails.

Das Hotel (wir waren in der Residence) untergebracht, ist wunderschön gelegen und unser Balkon hat eine wunderbare Aussicht geboten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und die Zutaten regional und frisch! Insbesondere der Kuchen wird in Erinnerung bleiben 😊

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Leider hatte man zum Abendessen nur eine Zeit zur Option, was leider vor dem buchen nicht ersichtlich war (außer ich hab es übersehen)

Struttura in centro a Castelrotto ma nonostante ciò in una posizione tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio. Lo staff cordiale e gentile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa durante tutto il nostro soggiorno

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen,

Das ist ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, welches privat geführt wird, dass merkt man auch, denn sie sind mit Herzblut von morgens bis Abends für ihre Gäste da.

Cons:

Hier kann ich eigentlich nichts sagen, das einzige ist vielleicht, dass die Parkplätze sehr eng sind.

Pros:

The room was brand new, super comfortable :)

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit engem Austausch zu den Gästen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein moderneres Zimmer erwartet. Das Hotel war bei unserem Aufenthalt ausgebucht. Die Gastgeberin hat sich dafür entschuldigt, dass wir kein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten konnten. Da wir entsprechend der Hotelbilder mit einer anderen Ausstattung gerechnet hatten, waren wir mit dem Preis-Leistings-Verhältnis nicht zufrieden.
Auch wenn das Hotel selber sehr sauber und schön war.
