Overall a good place to stay. I would come back.
Pros:

The room itself was modern, well-maintained and clean.

The AC units (2 units in our room) were effective and the refrigerator was cold.

Our bathroom was very small and it was difficult to even open the door to exit it. If I remember correctly, the toilet paper holder could not be used as it was installed on a wall which was more than an arm-length away. No problem for us though as a toilet paper roll could be placed on the ”faucet table” (?).
The shower was amazing with four different ”modes”.

Good location with walking distance to the center of town / old town.

Free parking about 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The night we stayed there, there was a concert by the stadium (I think) and the loud music was disturbing me until after after 11 pm. I could not sleep and we had to get up fairly early to go to the airport.

There was no elevator and our room was on the third floor. Not great if you have heavy bags or difficulties with stairs.

The reception closes in the evenings, so not 24h availability like regular hotels.

Modern apartment in a great, but noise at night location.
Pros:

A modern, tastefully furnished apartment. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

It was very noisy at night. It was impossible to sleep with the window open.

Comfortable and cozy place
Pros:

Staff are very helpful and have gone above and beyond to assist us. The room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable and despite we stayed for 2 nights only, room service was provided :).
The location is very central and convenient, with a 10-minute walking distance to downtown Chania.
I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Chania and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, everything was fine!
