Pros:

The only thing nice about this hotel was the friendly man at reception!

Cons:

Old, run down, hallways and stairwells were so dirty- looked like they hadn’t been hoovered for weeks! Walls were grimy and paper thin. Couldn’t open the windows properly for safety (very run down area), and no air con - it felt really unsafe!

Je ne peux pas répondre à ce questionnaire car l'hôtel nous a rédigé vers un autre hôtel car ils avaient des problèmes de literie !!! ??

Cons:

L'hôtel où ils nous ont envoyé, hôtel première classe à st pol sur mer , hôtel qui était de très mauvaise qualité , nous a demandé de régler la nuit, de ce fait nous espérons un remboursement pour la nuit prévue à l'hôtel Ibis budget, car la somme de 73,29€ a été débité.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute, accueil même de nuit et départ tardif jusqu'à midi !

Cons:

Deux grandes serviettes et une petite qui doit faire office de tapis est trop peu pour deux adultes, il faudrait au moins deux autres petites en plus !

Onbetrouwbaar management.

Dat we geld hebben teruggestort

Cons:

Het was overboekt vanwege een verbouwing. Ze hadden maar 1 ipv 2 kamers. Er werd wel een kamer vrijgehouden voor een gast die er nog niet was. Heel vreemd allemaal.
Ze hebben ons toch laten komen. Toen ze na lang aandringen iets anders hadden gevonden en zonder overleg al gingen boeken zagen wij zelf dat dit een zeer laag beoordeeld hotel was en ook onder ons prijsniveau. Uiteindelijk boeking gecanceld door hotel. Moest wel op goed vertrouwen. Zelf een bewijs gevraagd. Konden zelf prima ergens iets beters vinden in Duinkerk. Dit was Ibis onwaardig. Gingen juist voor de betrouwbaarheid. Dat viel enorm tegen. Koste overigens ook nog eens enorm veel tijd. Uiteindelijk konden we pas heel laat gaan slapen.

Pros:

Ligging was prima, meisje achter de receptie aardig en behulpzaam. Lekker veel parkeerruimte.

Cons:

Het was sjofel, veel achterstallig onderhoud zoals losse plinten, bladderende verf. Stofranden op de (deur) kozijnen. Een van de bedden had vlekken in de lakens, maar deze werden wel op verzoek zonder gemor vervangen. Toiletpapier nagenoeg op. Dit hotel heeft aandacht nodig.

Un Ibis Budget qui a un peu vieilli.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et personnel charmant.
Abords relativement calmes.
Lits tous faits (le troisième lit étant souvent à faire soi-même, le trouver "prêt à l'emploi" était un plaisir).
Draps frais.

Cons:

Un IBIS Budget qui a beaucoup vieilli et qui mériterait d'être rafraichi.
Les sols, principalement celui de la salle de bains, n'étaient vraiment pas propres.
