Halte d'une nuit dans un charmant hôtel

Pros:

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon, was gleich neben dem Wellnessbereich lag. Leider waren bei meinem Aufenthalt über 40 Grad und ich habe eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Die Nacht hat kaum heruntergekühlt, aber da es einen schönen Aussenpool gab, konnte ich nicht meckern. Das Restaurant hatte auch alles auf der Karte, was man sich wünscht. Ich hatte ein schönes großes Bad mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche. Alles perfekt. Das Personal immer freundlich. Komme gern wieder. Zentral gelegen ist es zudem.

Cons:

Wenn wirklich die nächsten Sommer auch so heiß werden, wäre eine Aufrüstung für alle Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage zu überdenken.

Ein Aufenthalt hier wäre wiederholenswert, doch bei uns ist leider zu viel schief gelaufen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und das Haus war sauber. Das Frühstück war der Hotelklasse angemessen (Buffet) gut. Die Lage war wie zu erwarten: im Dorf aber gegen hinten, da der Garten nicht in Betrieb war, ruhig. Das Zimmer mit der kleinen Terrasse war nett. Das Bad gross genug.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr hübsch und modern mit schönem Pool.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut und die Bedienung auch hier sehr freundlich.
Man hat uns versprochen, die reklamierten Punkte im Team zu besprechen und zu verbessern und nach zweimalig schriftlichem Kontakt, immerhin einen aufgerundeten Betrag für das falsch zugewiesene Zimmer zurückerstattet :-)

Cons:

Man hat uns ein falsches Zimmer gegeben. Obwohl wir bei der Reservation wünschten : NICHT unter dem Dach", waren wir zuoberst. Im Moment ist man erstmal sprachlos, wenn es heisst: "Sie haben das gewünscht" und zieht ein. Wir sind nicht mehr die Jüngsten und wurden in den 3. Stock ohne Lift verfrachtet, obwohl es in der Beschreibung heisst: "obere Stockwerke mit Lift". Obwohl wir von den Reisestrapazen (wir sind mit dem Rad angereist) ziemlich erschöpft waren, half uns niemand mit dem Gepäck (oder darf man das heute GAR NICHT MEHR ERWARTEN?)
Leider kein Willkommensgruss irgendeiner Art. Da wir selber nicht ganz unerfahren sind in der Hotellerie/Kulinarik, sind wir etwas sensibilisiert.
Leider gibt es auch keine Minibar, nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, (man erwartet, dass der Gast Wasser vom Hahn trinkt, was ja kein Problem wäre, wenn das Wasser kalt wäre, aber es war immer lau.
Ein Stück Holzboden ist angeblich wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten seit zwei Jahren nicht komplettiert - nicht tragisch, aber unschön.
Tagsüber haben sich die Reinigungskräfte sehr laut im Treppenhaus unterhalten, ohne Rücksicht auf Gäste die allenfalls im Zimmer weilten.
Leider war am zweiten Tag weder die Sauna (was wahrscheinlich nur auf Anmeldung geht) noch das Dampfbad in Betrieb, obwohl wir nicht die einzigen Gäste waren.

Would definitely stay here again!

The food at the restaurant was amazing! The staff was very friendly. The whole hotel was clean and the pool area was fantastic.

Pros:

Sehr gemütlich, stylisch und lecker! Und alle waren ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und freundlich. Sauna und Wellness luden zur Entspannung ein, aber das Beste war dad umfangreiche Frühstück!
