Just perfect location for the expo Guadalajara; then not really worth it

Cons:

The facilites, AC Unit got frozen, smells room, lago of water power, smells comforters. Not a pleasant room!

La habitación que nos tocó estaba en segundo piso, con vista a la avenida Mariano Otero, se escuchaba mucho ruido de carros, , simbra al paso de algunos vehículos

Me gustó mucho que el personal es muy atento, las habitaciones son cómodas.

Cons:

Me gustó que ya no haya desayuno incluído en la estancia,
las porciones del menú a la carta son muy pequeñas, considero que de mejorar eso estaría excelente.

Regardless of everything else this hotel is very nice,very clean,staff ask if they need maintenance and don’t just come

Property was very clean,very friendly staff.
Local cops staying at the Hotel.

Cons:

My room was in the middle of the Kitchen prep area and the dishwasher area,Wish i could remember the room numbers to be more specific.But i definitely did not get sleep..Everything was soo loud…
For recommendations ask for a room on the 2 floor.

Pros:

Estuvo a gusto la estancia porque tuve privacidad y nadie me molestó, eso estuvo bien, la habitación es espaciosa y las camas cómodas

Cons:

El agua olía mal, y me dió desconfianza bañarme porque leí que el agua de Guadalajara no es potable, está contaminada con aguas residuales en el área metropolitana y es verdad, olía extraño y mal, no cambió el olor en todo el tiempo que estuve ahí, tal vez no es culpa del hotel pero deberían de poner filtros de agua para que aunque sea esté un poco más limpia y evitar que nos enfermemos durante nuestra estancia. Fuera de eso, estuvo bien lo demás.
