El lugar es maravilloso. Después de las tres de la tarde se convierte en un verdadero paraíso, donde solo se respiran paz y tranquilidad.

La atención del personal es extraordinaria. Se preocupan por el más mínimo detalle para que tu estancia sea inolvidable. Llegué al hotel resfriada y, de inmediato, José tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecerme una deliciosa infusión de jengibre, limón y hierbabuena. Fue un gesto que nunca olvidaré.

La gastronomía fue otro de los grandes aciertos. Un excelente chef nos sorprendía con cada plato, un sabor excepcional. Mis felicitaciones y agradecimientos para él.

Al día siguiente decidimos prolongar nuestra estadía hasta las 4:00 p. m. para disfrutar del lugar hasta el último momento. Era el final de mi viaje por Colombia, y no pude haber elegido un mejor sitio para despedirme de mi hermoso país.

Gracias por hacer de esta experiencia un recuerdo inolvidable. Sin duda, volveré.

Ein absolut fabelhafter Ort. Wahnsinnig schöne Sonnenuntergänge und Aussicht. Wunderschön und geräumig eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Obwohl man sich auf einer Insel befindet, ist es einem nicht langweilig. Von 9 Uhr bis 15 Uhr sind Tagesausflügler auf der Insel, dann ist die Insel sehr lebendig. Es gibt gute Musik, die Leute tanzen und feiern, sind im wunderschönen klaren Meer am baden oder entspannen sich. Ab 15 Uhr hat man als Hotelgast (total nur 6 Zimmer) die Anlage praktisch für sich selbst. Die Hotelgäste haben einen exklusiven Bereich mit einem tollen Pool. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders Yordan und Damien werden uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben, sie haben uns den Aufenthalt wirklich versüsst mit ihrer unglaublich sympathischen Art und Hilfsbereitschaft. Herzlichen Dank für die tollen 4 Tage! Wie würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Las instalaciones son hermosas, todo limpio y ordenado, suficiente personal, muy atentos y amables

Cons:

Mientras estuvimos en la piscina estaban realizando trabajos entonces se perdió el ambiente de relajación
Y la ducha exterior estuvo inhabilitada durante nuestra estadía , lo que nos limitó un poco al uso de la piscina o playa
También deberían ampliar el uso de la piscina y se pueda utilizar más temprano

Excelente lugar para pasar una noche todo limpio, el personal súper atento todos en general muy buena atención, un lugar para pasar una noche diferente y aprovechar los dos días de Playa, la habitación muy limpia todo de calidad, agua caliente, piscina, música, buena excelente lugar para ir en pareja o en Grupo
De noche se pone al muchacho con karaoke, uno la pasa bien recomendado

La atencion del personal. Jose estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo, entre otras cosas, preparandonos mesas muy calidas. Catalina nos recibio con mucha amabilidad. Roberto, alias Messi, cocina de maravilla, deleitandonos con plantos exquisitos y muy bien presentados. Luisfer en la barra siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Kevin el mejor animador, nos organizo un karaoke muy divertido. Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y comodas, con muy buenos detallles de decoracion. Las habitaciones cuantan con camas muy confortables, con una TV en la que se puede ver distintas app sin costo adicional. El wi fi funciona muy bien. El baño es amplio y cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para una buena ducha con productos de calidad. Nos ofrecieron detalles de cortesia como poder permanecer en una habitacion hasta que nos pasaron a retirar. Carolina excelente lider y anfitriona nos invito a conocer Pao Pao y nos traslado en una lanchas hasta alli. La experiencia supera lo publicado en fotos.
