Nice small hotel
Pros:

It was a very quiet hotel to spend a few days in Holbox in peace. The Staff were nice too. They offer free tea and coffee. Close to a supermarket (which is helpful) and restaurants. I would come back here for sure.

Cons:

For some reason, the first day we didn’t have hot water to take a shower, but next day they fixed it. The room was a little bit dark.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and aesthetic room, lovely cat, clean drinking water available in lobby which was great to be more environmentally friendly :)

Un lugar increible para quedarse!
Pros:

La atención en la comunicación desde el principio fue excelente, en todo momento me dio indicaciones y sugerencias, a la llegada me estuvo esperando y me dio mas recomendaciones de lugares para comer.

El lugar estaba limpio, me quede en la habitación 1 con una cama grande y tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador. El cuarto tiene refrigerador y caja fuerte. En verdad fue una estancia muy agradable la recomiendo por la comodidad. A un par de cuadras hay una tienda de conveniencia chedraui y el centro.

Excelente lugar gracias!

Cons:

No podria decir que no me gusto algo. Todo estuvo muy bien.

Pros:

L’hôtel est super bien placé on est à 5min à pieds du ferry puis 5min à pieds de la plage et du centre. Les chambres étaient propres le personnel reste disponible en cas de problème : tout était parfait.

Pros:

Grande chambre avec décoration moderne
- Bien placé, facile pour se déplacer à pied
- Serviettes de plage fournies
- Check-out tardif permettant de profiter de la plage le matin

Cons:

Rue passante, quads jusque tard dans la nuit
- Accueil un peu distant

Pros:

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einer Kochnische. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen Details wie extra Strandhandtüchern eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig. Von der Fähre aus zum Hotel mit Golf-Taxi für 100 Pesos.

Cons:

Es hat uns alles gefallen.

Disappointing, don’t understand the high reviews.
Pros:

- We were able to store our luggages
- There was a small (instant) coffee / tea corner and free filtered water
- The shower had good pressure.

Cons:

We stayed here for one night and honestly don’t understand the high reviews.
The welcome at reception was not pleasant at all. The lady at the desk didn’t feel genuine or welcoming and made us feel a bit uncomfortable when we asked a simple question.

The room felt VERY humid and the bed was very small with a big dip in the mattress, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. I woke up with back pain the next morning.

The worst part was that there was no window to outside, only one facing the inside of the hotel, so there was basically no daylight. The bathroom window was broken and couldn’t be opened. It was also quite noisy at night when people came back from the town (it's very loud around the stairs). Maybe we were unlucky with the room, but for us it was a disappointing stay.

I would come back there
Pros:

Very good location and comfortable room in general. I used the Internet to work and ot was mostly reliable with one or two instabilities during the week.

I would return there to work and relax again.

Cons:

I waited 10-15 minutes outside until someone from the hotel arrived to help with my checkin (during usual working hours)

Some stairs to climb with the luggage..wasn't a problem, but bear in mind.
