Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Un immense merci au personnel, qui a été incroyablement gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Leur bienveillance a vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse, et le petit-déjeuner délicieux. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’espère revenir très bientôt. ✨

Emplacement idéal ni trop loin ni trop près du centre (5min en scooter), chambre bien entretenue et confortable, petit-déjeuner excellent et enfin personnel au top !! Très serviable

Pros:

Le personnel est super, chambre confortable, bon petit déjeuner, 2 belles piscines,10 minutes à pieds de là rue principale, pour les plages prévoir un scooter l’hôtel vous arrangera ça. Recommandation Meresse beach ou Mawun à 15mn et la plus belle selon moi Selong Belanak 25 mn. Les route sont belles et peu de trafic contrairement à Bali

Pros:

Zuid-lombok heeft mooie stranden, verder weinig cultureels.

Cons:

Ontbijt slecht. Extra item is bijbetalen. Dat is weinig gastvrij.
Personeel had weinig ervaring met hospitality. Gedrag was nogal amicaal en op sommige momenten ongewenst en ongepast.
Kamers worden pas na uitchecken gereinigd en voorzien van schoon beddengoed en handdoeken.
Handdoeken moet je elke zelf om vragen....
Het zwembad lijkt viezig water te hebben.
Scooters niet op het park huren (te duur) Ff regelen op straat of via Whatsapp.

Pros:

Good location and very nice rooms. The staff is also very nice. It seemed pretty empty at the time we where there so we had a lot of space at the pool

Super lieve staff, heerlijk ontbijt, de kamer is super ruim, schoon en het bed is mega!!

Heerlijk bureau
Om aan te werken, koelkastje mooi spiegel en extreem grote badkamer.

Klein blokje om met de scooter en dan ben je in het centrum, 3 min.

Mooi zwembad alles is top

Garden Villas and Pools.
Pros:

The big room and bathroom, clean and daily room service. The staff , very nice happy bunch of guys, The boss ! Services and facilities, all good, Hotel scooter rental , hotel arranged taxi to airport , pools and chairs , simple but good breakfast, big water jug to refill water bottles to reduce plastic, easy walk to city services( local warungs and tourist district ) . All good, hope to book again... one day !

Cons:

I'd prefer to have the scooters parked in the parking area and not in front of the villas. Nice convenience, but scooters and cars on the walkway and buzzing by your door and pool can be a distraction and bummer when enjoying the beautiful grounds and pool. Seperate beach/pool towels pls ? Pretty new place, so I would like to challenge the owner to now keep it all maintained... please Boss , you have an awesome place, keep it that way please, Boss !!
