Good location in Hollywood. Close to many tourist attractions

The staff was incredibly helpful & sweet, the AC was fantastic (stayed during a 100 degree heat wave), check-in/check-out was easy, and they actually held my bags in storage for a few hours after checkout because my flight was later in the day. The hotel has good security. The room was nice, curtains blocked out all light, couldn't hear outside at all despite the central location by major roads and a freeway. I'm a light sleeper, and I slept like a baby. The room was very clean.
The fridge was leaking a bit of water & the lighting by mirrors wasn't great. Ladies who need good lighting to do your makeup, you might need to use your phone flashlight or stand with a hand mirror by the window.
Nice room, very convenient location, very quiet indoors, at night also very quiet outdoors.
A/C functional, but located very low, on floor level, so not very efficient.
This might be typical for the whole area, but the tap water was way too chlorinated.
The hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the manager/owner, who was super nice, incredibly welcoming, and went out of their way to be accommodating. Outstanding hospitality—we’d gladly stay here again!
