Hotel znajduje się blisko parku zdrojowego, w pobliżu sklepów. Z okien widać park miejski, który jest pięknie utrzymany. Jest cicho, mimo że jest to środek miasta. W cenie jest parking, można bezpiecznie zostawić samochód za szlabanem, zamiast przy ruchliwej uliczce. Śniadania, w cenie 45 zł, są urozmaicone i jedzenie jest naprawdę smaczne. Klimatyzacja to także duża zaleta pomieszczeń przy obecnych temperaturach latem. Wi- fi działa bez problemów, co nie wszędzie jest regułą,telewizja naziemna też działa bez problemów. Wygodne łóżka, przyjemna w dotyku pościel.
