Important information:

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Use of the "Alpenwelt FelsenBAD & SPA" begins on the day of arrival with check-in at 3 pm and ends on the day of departure with check-out at 10 am.

Please note that the minimum age for the spa is 15 years, and the minimum age for the fitness room is 16 years. Children need to be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.

Please note that catering includes dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of the departure.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Ein Erlebnis
Pros:

Trotz Ankunft 1 Stunde vor Check in konnte ich mein Zimmer beziehen. Kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade zusätzlich bekommen. Mein Rad konnte ich im Skikeller unterstellen. Kostenlose Bergbahn Karte war Top. Abendessen und Frühstück in der Susialm hervorragend.

Schönes Hotel, aber Restaurant unterdurchschnittlich und teuer. Österreich kann besser!
Pros:

Freundlicher Staff. Schöner Wellnesssbereich. Sauberkeit gut. Check-in easy und freundlich. Restaurant einladend gestaltet (mehr dazu später). Zimmer mit Bergblick schaut eher auf das Personalhaus als auf den Berg. Mag in einem anderen Zimmer besser sein, am besten fragen. Zimmerausstattung altbacken.

Cons:

Im MyAlpenwelt geht es weniger um die Gäste als um den Wirt und seine Familie. Er parkt direkt auf dem besten Platz vor dem Haus, die Gäste müssen weiter weg parken. Wenn man am Abend auf der Restaurant Terrasse entspannt fährt jemand aus der Familie gerne mit Vollgas entsprechend laut davon. Die Lobby zieren coole Bilder des Chefs mit allerlei Prominenten in Partylaune. Damit die Party finanziert werden kann ist das Restaurant entsprechend hochpreisig - mit gleichzeitig winzigen Portionen, lieblos angerichtet, geschmacklos. Nicht mal eine Scheibe Brot zum Salat. Bedienung nur auf englisch. Viele der a la carte Gerichte auf der kleinen Speisekarte dauerhaft "ausverkauft". Nach einem Tag am Berg wird man hier nicht satt. Schade. Frühstück haben wir vorsorglich ausgelassen.

first thank's to reception lady she upgrade me to a mountain view room. the wellness area is 10 of 10. breakfast very good and dinner is o.k. the hotel lobby and the balkony at dinning room is great.

Great!
Pros:

The location is amazing, it's right next to the ski lift. The food at the susi alm is very good. The breakfast is nice and the dinners are tasty! The swimming pool area is very nice although a lot of childrens play items were not working. Very close to the après ski!

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly untill they understood we were staying in the hotel. Ski area is outdated with very unhandy locks on very small lockers for your skigear. The room didn't have a lot of storage space, just one dresser, which is way to little for 4 persons and all ski/snow items. We got a lot of towels and bathrobes from the hotel, which is nice, but there was little room to store them. There was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee which we did miss when waking up early with small children while waiting for breakfast to start.

Het hotel is zeer gehorig, het restaurant Susi alm is zwaar overpriced. En als het eten dan lekker is dan is dat niet erg maar dat is het niet.

Pros:

Mooi hotel op prachtige locatie vlak naast skilift en skiverhuur! Leuk restaurant met gezellig apres ski sfeer. Een mooi zwembad met uitzicht op dorp, bergen en verder opgelegen pistes.

Cons:

Ontbijtpersoneel met een ochtendhumeur. Vaak dingen op… als je dit aangeeft blijkt vervelend

Super hotel przy stoku z zastrzezezeniami
Pros:

-położenie hotelu bezpośrednio przy stoku
- komfortowe i obszerne Spa z basenem
- wielkość pokoju
- udogodnienia w hotelu
- bardzo dobre obiady serwowane i wybierane z karty;

Cons:

- monotonne śniadania z bardzo słabymi jakościowo wędlinami , bardzo mały wybór lokalnych produktów,
- słaby i monotonny bufet sałatkowy przy kolacjach, brak kolacji lokalnej - tematycznej
- horendalne ceny win butelkowanych do kolacji
- dość słaba obsługa kelnerska przy obiadach
- brak przestrzegania zasad przez gości i zupełny brak reakcji personelu ( niestety zdarzało sie iż goście przychodzili na śniadanie w szlafrokach...przy zupełnym braku reakcji personelu analogicznie pomimo, iż od godz 17.00 strefa spa jest tylko dla dorosłych.... przychodzili dorośli z małymi wrzeszczacymi dziećmi przy braku reakcji personelu
