Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut ausreichend und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer aufmerksam. Kaffee wurde stets angeboten und nachgefüllt.

Hotellet är okej, men kommer man tillbaka sent finns inga parkeringsplatser

Hotellet i sig var okej, rummet rent och bekvämt.

Cons:

Vi var i Norderstedt för att hälsa på vänner och kom tillbaka till hotellet straxt efter kl 23.00. Då fanns inte en parkeringsplats, och receptionen var obemannad, så vi fick åka runt en bra stund och leta någonstans att ställa vår bil. Vi nämnde vid incheckningen att vi skulle ut och träffa vänner och komma tillbaka sent, men fick ingen info om att det kunde vara fullt. Tyvärr fick det oss att inte tycka om hotellet.

Pros:

Großer Raum für das Frühstück. Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Mehr kann ich nicht sagen, da wir das Zimmer nicht bezogen haben, siehe unten

Cons:

Die Unterkunft sollte gemäß Angebot booking.com behindertengerecht sein. Das war die Voraussetzung für die Buchung. Mehrere Treppen haben uns veranlasst, eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Das Zimmer war auch für die Nutzung eines Rollators zu klein.

Grundsätzlich sollten Angaben für Behinderte in den Angeboten enthalten sein, z.B. ein Fahrstuhl ist wichtiger als kostenloses WLAN

Une bonne étape.
Pros:

Facile à trouver et pour stationner devant. Attention le parking peut être petit si hôtel complet.
Accueil chaleureux. Très propre et bien entretenu. Joli jardin avec bassin et canards.
Attention aux escaliers un peu partout.
Buffet petit-déjeuner très copieux.
