Pros:

das Hotel liegt etwas im Randgebiet von Hamburg. Für unsere Reise hatten wir aber bewusst die Lage gewählt. Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig, aber wir haben auch kein Problem mal 3 Minuten von einem Parkplatz zu laufen. Das Personal war freundlich und es erwartete uns jeden Tag ein gutes Frühstück.

Nettes Hotel mit opulentem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr opulent und in stilvollem Ambiente angerichtet. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet mit gemütlicher Leseecke etc. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz stand direkt vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen gab es einen Getränkegutschein für die Bar.

Cons:

Wenn man das Hotel für einen Besuch in Hamburg nutzt, sollte man wissen, dass die nächste U-Bahn-Station doch etwas entfernt ist. Ist fußläufig zu erreichen, aber man sollte mindestens 15 Minuten dafür einplanen.

Der Empfang war freundlich, der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang sehr praktisch, weil so die E-Bikes mit halbwegs gutem Gefühl über Nacht auf dem Fahrradträger verbleiben konnten. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung, ebenso die allgemeinen Bereiche des Hotels, auch wenn das eine oder andere Detail eine Aktualisierung vertragen würde.
Absolut top und hervorzuheben ist Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl.

Cons:

Leider keine Abendgastro im Haus oder bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betreiberin des beim Check-In empfohlene Griechen in 1,4 km Entfernung war gegenüber allen Gästen äußerst unprofessionell.
