Me avisaron que no me podían recibir unas horas antes de llegar porque no tenían agua ni gas ocasionado por un bloque público en las inmediaciones. Mi molestia es que el bloqueo se instaló días antes de mi partida y no me avisaron.

La atención y respuesta de sus trabajadores a los inconvenientes presentados en la primer noche y la honestidad de los mismos en el trámite y devolución de nuestro pago, por las noches que cancelamos de tres habitaciones por el mal servicio recibido

Las fotos en la aplicación para la reserva son mejores que la realidad del hotel, instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento adecuado.
Reservamos tres habitaciones; en una la regadera estaba tapada, nos cambiaron de habitación, en otra había hormigas en el baño y la tercera habitación, le hacía falta higiene y LIMPIEZA, LIMPIEZA, LIMPIEZA a la cama, también en este caso nos asignaron otra habitación y finalmente falta de tacto en horarios para trabajar con taladros y martillos a las 7 de la mañana,

Un lugar con excelente ubicación, limpio , con gran atención desde la recepción hasta las personas encargadas del manten
