Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el hotel muy bonito y limpio

Cons:

Al ducharse salía agua de un sumidero que estaba en medio del baño y se mojaba todo el suelo, es incómodo. No se puede pagar con tarjeta la habitación, solo aceptan efectivo

Es muy céntrico y el personal es amable, las habitaciones están muy limpias y el baño también, las camas son cómodas

Un gioiello incastonato nel cuore di Oaxaca

Nonostante la città di Oaxaca sia molto rumorosa la stanza dell'hotel è silenziosa e protetta dal caos esterno. Il materasso e la pulizia della camera.

Cons:

Il non poter pagare con la carta di credito. L'assenza di una finestra nella camera (c'è solo la porta finestra).

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Los Arrayanes et à Oaxaca de manière plus générale. Mon compagnon avait oublié son téléphone dans le taxi à notre arrivée. La personne de l’accueil a tout fait pour trouver le numéro de téléphone du chauffeur en question, en regardant les caméras de la ville et en retrouvant sa plaque d’immatriculation. Ils sont d’un très grand professionnalisme, très serviables et souriants. Ils nous ont conseillé une excursion à Hierve del Agua, fabuleuse, avec un guide très professionnel également.
Le confort de la chambre, la beauté de l’hacienda, la propreté : tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait. Merci à tout le personnel !

Bonito edificio pero concepto RyanAir

El edificio es muy bonito, y está decorado de muy buen gusto. La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Hay que pagar todo extra. Desde agua potable, estacionamiento, hasta desayuno. Ademas llegamos y nos pidieron pagar toda la estancia con efectivo y no nos habían avisado.
Y encima no avisaron que el domingo no hay desayuno (que se paga extra).
El servicio de limpieza ha entrado en la habitación y han “reorganizado” todos nuestros efectos personales y ya no encontrábamos nada porque simplemente han cerrado la maleta mezclando todas las cosas sin ningún cuidado.
Tienen mucho potencial pero están aplicando el modelo de negocios de RyanAir, en el que para todo hay que pagar extra.

Great location, lovely patio, and lots of charm
Pros:

Great location right by the zocalo. We also really enjoyed having the patio space to sit out on and the rooftop which had a view of the city. The corridors were also outfitted with really interesting and charming decor. The bed was large and the room felt spacious. We really liked how large the shower was. The staff was also really helpful, though not everyone spoke English.

Cons:

Having to pay cash upon arrival for the room. I didn't like carrying a large amount of cash around, or having bank fees to take it out, so be aware of this if you're staying for a while. The toilet in our room was also a bit weirdly situated and didn't have the most effective flush. But a minor issue. Overall we were really happy with the property!

Great location in historic downtown, clean and nice rooms. Beautiful rooftop view.
Pros:

Easy check in with friendly staff.

Cons:

We arrived later around 11pm and we were told that the parking garage across the street closed at 10. If we had called sooner, they could have kept it open for us but we did not know. It was not a problem because we were able to park outside the hotel and the staff ensured us it was secure.
