La amabilidad del personal
Huele mal todo el lugar, no hay un sector para subir las maletas de forma cómoda hasta la recepción, tuve que subir la maleta por escaleras.

El agua de piscina y yacuzzi ecesitarian más temperatura
A localização do hotel é ótima. Tem estacionamento grátis para os hóspedes. Precisei ficar alguns dias a mais na cidade, saí do hotel em que eu estava (que era bem ruim) e fiz o check in imediatamente após a reserva. Fui super bem atendida e acomodada em um quarto sem precisar esperar. Pude aproveitar a piscina aquecida e a jacuzzi.
O café da manhã é ok, como a maioria dos hoteis da região. Poderia ser melhor. Meu quarto tinha cheiro de umidade/mofo, não tenho problemas respiratórios, mas acredito que isso possa ser um problema para quem tem,

The location is good, and stuff is nice.
The infrastructure is rundown, we have pilled wallpaper all over our room, some the international power outlet is broken, and they do not provide guest with additional power outlet extension. The shower door will not fully close, so water will splash everywhere after a single shower.

Elegimos el hotel ya que lo conociamos y en general es muy agradable el entorno. En esta oportunidad el precio estaba ajustado a la epoca. a veces se vuelve un poco inaccesible. las instalaciones son buenas. el personal excelente en todos los espacios. muy recomendable.
La habitacion estandar podria tener alguna mesita de apoyo. pero en general las habitaciones son confortables.
Las fotos son exactamente iguales a como es el hotel. Las personas muy amables, hermosas instalaciones, y muy rico desayuno!
