It was an okay stay considering i stayed only for one night
Pros:

Thought the location was easily available accessible

Cons:

The wifi wasn't working.
We had complained to the staff multiple times but no one attended and responded.

The photographs and the room view weren't the same

The room was not maintained well.

Excellent family stay in a prime location with friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four. The hotel is in a prime location, making it very easy to explore Pondicherry’s main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Cons:

There was nothing major to complain about. A few more parking spaces and a slightly wider breakfast selection would make the stay even better.

Great location and very charming establishment
Pros:

Amazing location, it’s within walking distance of most sights in Pondicherry, three minutes to Aurobindo Ashram and five minutes to the Promenade beach and the neighbourhood of the French Quarter with the old French architecture is also within five minutes. The rooms very were spacious and the entire property had a certain old time charm about it that really made the stay enjoyable. Staff were very courteous as well.

Cons:

Maintenance should be kept up as a few areas were unclean and certain parts in the room needed upkeep. I understand it’s a historic building but a lil bit of a touch up goes a long way while preserving the original design.

Old world charm of a Villa stay seeped in History and the Heritage walk around the HVDG.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast options freshly made and tasty. Very supportive staff, polite and ever eager to render assistance. Lots of Natural variety of Tree shades. Seasonal Mango fruits growing in abundance.
