Pros:

This was the 2nd stay I booked after my 1st got canceled

Cons:

I reached the venue at 7:30 pm and called the reception, the people here are very rude and told me they gave our room to someone else without contacting me, said they can’t wait till I showed up hence they gave it to someone else. But as per me my booking was still confirmed. They asked me to cancel it from my end after reaching which is not fair
