Not much!! The property location is beautiful

Cons:

The property is very poorly managed and it appears the owners just want to extract every dollar possible from guests without providing them the value p rest promised.

The air conditioning in the room appears to be ‘throttled,’ and the result was that the room stayed too hot and very humid.

Also, we weren’t given the room we booked, with “balcony and sea view.” Instead we were given a sub-level room with no view and no balcony, and the property took advantage of our travel-weariness on arrival by ‘having our luggage taken to our room’ in advance of our seeing the room. (We soon realized this was to make it more difficult for us to complain we were not provided with the room we booked).

The room was sub-level. The only ‘view’ was a ground-floor view of a property access road from the room with a small patch of white landscaping gravel that wasn’t even a patio., with a small table and chairs perched precariously and unusably on it. We complained but the property claimed that was all they had, and they refused to reduce the price accordingly. They said the little patch of ground outside with no view was the same as a balcony and they claimed it was the same as a balcony.

The lighting in the bathroom and the closet was all motion-sensing. That meant all the lights on the closet area and the bathroom came on every time one of us approached either one - terrible at night, lighting up the entire room, depriving us of sleep.

And the motion-sensing lights also made bathing very unpleasant. Trying to take a bath meant having the bathroom plunged into complete darkness every 3 minutes, and needing to wave arms to turn them on again for the next 3 minutes.

Without coffee, the promised view, working air-conditioning, or controllable lighting,

As a result of the throttled air-conditioning and the motion sensing lights, the room felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room.

No coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast opened very late.

Samos ziyaretlermizde tercih edeceğimiz tek tesis.

Tesise ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren çalışanların güler yüzlü karşılamaları, her sorununuza son derece nazik bir şekilde cevap vermeleri gerçekten mükemmeldi. Tesadüfi bir şekilde yaş günüme denk gelen seyahatimde odayı upgrade etmeleri, yaş günü gecesinde odaya şampanya bırakmaları, ertesi gün şarap ikram etmeleri son derece ince düşünülmüş hareketlerdi. Bir sonraki Samos seyahatimizde kesinlikle düşünmeden tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Many positive factors but
Pros:

very good

Cons:

restaurant choice quite limited and only 2 restaurants for a large hotel.
Often a shortage of mattresses and umbrellas as some bagged them first thing . Also there was plenty space available
on a grass area adjoining the pool surround.
the Seafood and oyster restaurants did not have for 4 consecutive days some negative.
Pool steps were slippery

Amazing hotel with amazing views, facilities and staff
Pros:

Brilliant location, 5 minute drive from Pythagorion, 15 mins from Samos town and 20 mins from Kokkari. Lovely pool area and great private beach on the premises.

Schönes Hotel mit gewissen Mängeln.
Pros:

-Der Frühstücksraum bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht – wirklich ein toller Start in den Tag.
– Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Chefin bzw. das Leitungsteam – sie waren sehr nett und haben sich wirklich bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.
– Die Hotelanlage insgesamt ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet.
– Die Beachvilla hatte einen großen privaten Pool, was grundsätzlich ein Highlight war.

Cons:

– Das Frühstück war eher standardmäßig. Es lohnt sich, die Stoßzeiten zu vermeiden, da es sonst schnell voll wird.
– Der Strandabschnitt ist recht klein und es gibt kaum Schattenplätze – das war bei der Hitze nicht ideal.
– Auch an der Beachvilla selbst fehlt es an Schatten, was längeres Verweilen draußen erschwert.
– Das Zimmer der Beachvilla hat uns weniger gefallen: Es war lang und schmal, mit nur einem Fenster zur Poolseite, was es recht dunkel wirken ließ. Der Raum hatte außerdem einen leicht kellerartigen Geruch und erinnerte eher an einen ausgebauten Keller als an ein gemütliches Urlaubsdomizil.

Bu otelde konaklamak için Samos'a gidilir :)
Pros:

Harika bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı mütevazi ve her şey vardı. Oda çok rahat, geniş ve ferahtı. Samos'a tekrar gidecek olursak başka bir otel bakmayacağımızdan eminim direkt burada tekrar kalırız kesin :) Otel personeli harikaydı herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Resepsiyon da olan arkadaşlar bir çok konuda çok yardımcı oldular bu konuda özellikle Ada adlı çalışana çok çok çok teşekkür ederiz :)

Unexpectedly beautiful. Had a suite with pool overlooking the sea. Beautiful resort, good food, and very relaxing.

Only downside is that you can’t really walk to town.
