Excellent location, bright sunny apartment with washer/dryer.
Pros:

This building has the perfect location. We walked everywhere. Beautiful apartment with six large windows. Underground parking right across the street. We especially loved that a washer/dryer is available for use, which we took advantage of.

Ben posizionata, vicinissimo al centro. Perfetto per pochi giorni con tutto il necessario disponibile. AC e riscaldamento e bagno con doccia grande e acqua calda. Letto comodo. A disposizione nell’ edificio una stanza deposito bagagli.

Lovely stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable. Apartment was bright and spacious, with lots of windows and a nice view of the fountains at city hall. We had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Towels were thin and uncomfortable.

Great apartment and great location. There could be a few improvements to make this property an exceptional stay.

This is a great apartment in a really good location

Cons:

The property could have been a lot cleaner.
I was advised there was luggage storage available and guaranteed it was secure.
When I returned to collect my luggage not only was the property front door ajar the luggage storage room had not been locked.
There isn’t a lot of room for luggage in the apartment especially if there was 4 people to stay.

Great location, clean spacious base for a stay in Quebec City!
Pros:

The location was excellent! The unit was spacious, great bathroom and it was very handy to have a small fridge microwave and coffee/tea. The bed was comfortable and although the location is in a busier area we found it to be quiet at night, some street noise but minimal. It would be our first choice if we returned to Quebec City.

Cons:

We don’t have anything negative to say. A recommendation would be a to have a mirror in the apartment, the only mirror is over the sink the bathroom.

Amazing location!
Pros:

Location is incredible! There was a music festival on during our stay right across the street which was an added bonus. Quiet at night, although we brought a white noise machine just in case. Hosts were responsive.

Cons:

We could not access rue Ste Anne despite our best efforts. We were travelling for a sports competition and had a lot of equipment, so that was inconvenient. However, we discovered that we could stop and un/load our minivan right around the corner on Rue des Jardins in front of Cafe La Maison Smith. There are clear No Parking signs at this time of year, however we were there for less than 5 minutes each time and had no issues. We parked at the municipal lot on Rue Pierre-Olivier-Chauveau which had lots of space. You need a credit card/debit card to access the lot by car and on foot.

A wonderful place to stay in Old Quebec City.
Pros:

The location was excellent and was a great value for money. It was great to be right in the middle of the old city. Because of a recent pickleball injury, I really appreciated the elevator.

Cons:

There was very little available on the TV.

Muy buen alojamiento para Old Quebec.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Invita a caminar por toda la ciudad antigua considerando este alojamiento como un punto central. hay muy buenas cafeterías, cervecerías y restaurantes para llegar caminando.

Cons:

El check in es un poco tarde, sin embargo está la opción de dejar el equipage en custodia para recorrer las zonas cercanas mientras llega la hora de ingreso.

We had an amazing stay and loved the decor and location.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect. It was central to all the action, and everything is within walking distance. We were so thrilled about the location being right in the middle of the old city.

Cons:

If we were to make any suggestions, it would be to have more hooks to hang bags or jackets/hoodies, a place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom, and a small freezer included with the fridge.
