Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff very friendly, cheerful and anything is no trouble at all.
Ambience in common areas very good with peaceful areas as well.
Room for 4 is described as 2 bedrooms but has no deviding wall or door on second room it is open and therefore only privacy for 2, great for family rooms but not for 4 adult friends.

Close to the city center
Receptionist Stefan was very rude and aggressive. Harrasing us in our room in middle of the night

Actually, I didn’t like anything. Hotel is dirty, low level hotel with people who benefit from all exclusive concept, drink cheap wines and local awful beer.
It is an old, dirty hotel trying to stay 4 star hotel by giving you stupid small accessories.
Location is bad, so far away from the beach.
Staff is nice and helpful. Food is awful, pool is dirty, Rooms are old and not well maintained.
I have no idea how this hotel can be ranked as 4 star hotel.

Konumu çok iyiydi, eski şehire ve plaja yürüyerek gittik. Odalar her gün temizleniyordu. Yemekler harikaydı.

Nulla, c’erano troppi problemi
La reception non parlava più lingue straniere, a mio parere inaccettabile dal personale di una reception, almeno le principali lingue europee oltre l’inglese le reputo fondamentali.
La camera non aveva l’armadio , né i porta valigie , il condizionatore perdeva acqua di continuo, ( sistemato dopo aver esposto il problema alla reception per ben 3 volte, solo alla terza volta dopo aver dato un ultimatum in reception, dove li abbiamo detto che ci davano o il rimborso o un altra camera ci hanno mandato il tecnico, imbarazzante , ci hanno detto che il tecnico era passato più volte ma c’era fuori dalla porta il non disturbare, cosa non vera , non l’abbiamo mai messo )
Pulizia della camera pietosa , veniva rifatto solo il letto il pavimento era sempre sporco inoltre il bagno era pieno di formiche. Le salviette puzzavano tantissimo.
Orari della piscina troppo limitanti (9-17) e anche se si voleva stare sulle poltrone un po più al lungo non si poteva alle 18 dovevamo andarcene.
Buffet terribile erano sempre le stesse cose che di alternavano un giorno all’altro , cambiavano solo i tre vassoi vicino allo show choking. I cibi poi non erano bilanciati o c’erano 10 primi e solo 2 secondi oppure l’opposto.
Vorrei segnalare anche il personale della colazione in quanto c’erano i serbatoi del latte a cui non andavano i rubinetti, ho fatto vedere il problema , mi hanno fatto uscire un po di latte con estrema fatica e se ne sono andati lasciando i rubinetti rotti.
Reputo buona solo la posizione
