Buona colazione, ma solo la colazione!
Pros:

Buona la colazione: varia e abbondante. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è che avessero il servizio "doccia di cortesia": il nostro volo partiva di notte e abbiamo potuto fare una doccia tranquilli in un bagno molto pulito (più pulito della stanza che avevamo!)

Cons:

Per essere un hotel di mare, non c'erano, non solo stendipanni per stendere teli e costumi, ma neanche spazi all'aperto per cercare di essere creativi. Neanche in bagno c'erano appendini per appendere le asciugamani, assurdo!
Inoltre la stanza era DAVVERO minuscola, per poter recuperare un po' di spazio abbiamo dovuto mettere la valigia sul letto della bambina e la bambina ha dovuto dormire con noi, altrimenti non si poteva neanche passare.
Infine, abbiamo pagato 15 euro di parcheggio al giorno (non c'era scritto da nessuna parte!) e l'ultimo giorno, per l'ora che ci serviva per fare la doccia, non ci hanno manco fatto usare il parcheggio parcheggio profumatamente pagato, ma abbiamo dovuto pagare le strisce blu: una caduta di stile mostruosa!

sehr gute Lage des Hotels, saubere Zimmer und modern

Cons:

Zimmer sind viel zu klein, als Single ok ….zu zweit zu klein. Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer, Klimaanlage war eine Woche Defekt, dem Personal an der Rezeption wurde dies 2mal mitgeteilt, man wurde immer vertröstet und anderes Zimmer wurde nicht angeboten. Bei 28Grad Zimmertemperatur ist das schlafen dadurch sehr unangenehm.

Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind eine Katastrophe - von 10-20Uhr und keinerlei Sonnenschutz auf dem Dach. Man wird da oben regelrecht gegrillt ( geht garnicht )

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Maar ik vond ze niet echt professioneel. Ik ben gewend om bij aankomst naar de receptie te gaan om informatie over de omgeving in te winnen. En een to do list samen te stellen. Hier wisten ze toch wel weinig van af.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij helaas een kakkerlak in onze kamer aangetroffen. Dit heeft voor veel ongemak gezorgd, waaronder een slechte nachtrust. Naar onze mening mag een dergelijke situatie niet voorkomen in een viersterrenhotel.

Daarnaast heb ik gevraagd om met de manager te spreken, maar helaas heeft niemand contact met mij opgenomen. Hierdoor hebben wij ook geen enkele vorm van compensatie of passende reactie ontvangen, wat wij erg teleurstellend vinden.

Ook de parkeersituatie liet te wensen over. De vier beschikbare parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel waren voortdurend bezet, waardoor wij genoodzaakt waren onze auto op een parkeerterrein op ongeveer één kilometer afstand te parkeren en ’s nachts terug te lopen naar het hotel.

Tot slot vonden wij de reactie van de receptionist om 03:15 uur ’s nachts, namelijk: “Good luck finding a parking”, niet erg professioneel en weinig behulpzaam.

Wij begrijpen dat parkeren op Ibiza lastig kan zijn, maar hadden van een viersterrenhotel meer service, ondersteuning en betrokkenheid verwacht.
