Demasiado caro para el nivel de lujo y confort, habia alformbra (y sucia desafortunadamente) en muchas secciones del hotel, las habitaciones eran pequenas y super sencillas, era inmenso el hotel, con poca senalizacion y era dificil moverse.

Pros:

Hotel molto grande con molteplici spa

Cons:

La zona relax al piano terra dopo ore 17 diventa buia, e vi è un gradino che non è illuminato neanche da un piccolo faretto, dal quale sono caduta in quanto non messo in sicurezza con conseguente contusione della spalla, costole e piede, che mi ha costretta a recarmi al pronto soccorso per delle lastre. Nessuno dello staff si è interessato a parte un freddo "mi dispiace" alla reception dopo la mia rimostranza. Non serve a niente avere strutture così imponenti se poi gli ospiti non vengono assolutamente considerati dopo un infortunio per loro negligenza. Pessimi.

Grossartig geführtes Luxury Resort!

Wir waren begeistert - das Quellenhof Luxury Resort ist ein grossartig geführtes Hotel und hält, was der Name verspricht; es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt.. und noch vieles mehr. Wunderschöne Natur, toller Wellnessbereich (Kids & Adults Only), hervorragendes Essen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, zahlreiche Aktivitäten (Tennis, Reiten, Fussball, Kletterwand, Fahrradtour, Quadtour etc. sowie ein super Aktivitäten/Kulturprogramm, welches täglich wechselt). Ein grosses Kompliment an die Eigentümer Familie!

The pools, the kids have alot of attractions,, the food at dinner and breakfest of 5 star quality

Cons:

Ordered half board, the staff didnt mention the botteled water on dinner are with heavy costs.
There is no option for tap water. So u r forced to order bottels that is very over priced, that led to an argument with our waiter, who told me that tap water only availble in breakfest ,WTF, and let me feel bad for asking tap water and refused to provide me.
Confronted the front desk and they tried to explain how wrong i am, after long discuttion they cancel the cost for the botteled water,
But still left a bad taste in my mouth...

Pros:

There was so much to do at the resort. We enjoyed the vast amount of options for swimming and spas, it was very relaxing. There was also so many activities to keep us busy when we wanted some adventure. The food was excellent and the staff were great during our stay.
