Très bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix. J’y retournerai.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait en plein centre ville et à 5 mins de la plage. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Cons:

Il y a eu plus de 6 heures de coupure d’électricité et nous n’avons eu aucune information par la réception. Personne ne savait quand le technicien allait venir.

La piscine est agréable, le petit déjeuner plutôt bon. L’emplacement est top

La chambre qui nous a été attribué était très humide, sombre et il y avait une très mauvaise odeur à notre arrivé et ça plusieurs jours consécutifs. Le sol était « gras » (peut être trop de produit pour laver le sol). Nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l’aise concernant l’hygiène. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est

Pros:

Hôtel à fuir.

Cons:

Hôtel qui fait du surbooking. Ils nous ont envoyé un e-mail le matin de notre réservation, 1h avant notre arrivée sur l'île de Sal, pour nous dire que nous serions transférés dans un autre hôtel partenaire pour de soi-disant problèmes techniques. L'autre hôtel était catastrophique.

C'est inadmissible de ne pas séjourner dans l'hôtel choisi et de ne pas laisser le choix aux clients.

Pros:

Excelente la ubicación y el personal todos local 👍 por lo q el trato un 10,el recepcionista Hugo Britos y los demás también hicieron q no sintieramos muy cómodos.

La comida del restaurante está muy buena. También las tortillas del desayuno están muy buenas.

El hotel es antiguo. Las camas son de muelles y el cojín era viejo. Me crucé con el chico de la recepción por el pasillo cuando me dirigía a hacer el Checkout y estuve esperándolo un buen rato a que volviera. Podría haber vuelto a la recepción al verme con la maleta. Lo encontré una falta de educación y de profesionalismo

Einfache, zweckmäßig Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Strand auch in 5-10 min zu erreichen.
Zimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet, aber hat gereicht. Tapeten über dem Bett und am Schrank waren extrem verschmutzt. Mit Sicherheit seit Jahren nicht mehr gestrichen. Dusche Boden hat geklebt. Müsste auch zwischendurch mal gemacht werden. War sehr unangenehm.
Von 6 Tagen Aufenthalt war an zwei Tagen zum Frühstück die Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Kaffee in Thermuskanne kam nach 1 Stunde nach. Das gleiche gilt für das Wasser. Man musste ständig das genervte Personal ansprechen. Die waren stark unterbesetzt.
Pool schön anzusehen. Poolfolie löst sich aber an vielen Stellen vom Boden ab. Müsste auch mal erneuert werden.
2 Sterne würde ich dem Hotel geben, mehr nicht. Positiv: jeden Tag wurde das Bett neu bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem ordentlichen Mittelklasse-Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war in der zweiten Etage, es gibt keinen Lift. Hotelpersonal half uns beim Koffertransport - rauf und runter. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher (stand auch nicht in der Ausschreibung). Wir fragten nach und bekamen einen für uns. Staff war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Unbequeme Stühle im Restaurant-Bereich. Das Hotel war recht voll. Beim Frühstück übersah das Personal öfter, dass Dinge aufgegessen waren - es wjutrde nicht umgehend nachgelegt, es dauerte und war auch manchmal "finished", und dann blieb es auch so.
