Delightful hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

New carpets and curtains. Beautiful modern bathroom. Excellent mattress and bed linen. A lovely few days in a well managed hotel

Top notch.
Pros:

Check In was smooth and luckily we managed to secure a parking spot outside the property. You can get a free parking disc from reception staff (please make sure you return it).

Hotel caters mainly for Alfa Coach holidays for senior people. The rooms are slightly dated but clean and served the purpose of our 1 night stay.

The breakfast is incredible and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and cheerful.

Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.Nice cosy double room and breakfast very good

Cons:

If i could suggest, having breakfast between 8 to 9am, could possible be staggered..i did have a very long wait for coffee and my order, as the server had to take numerous table orders, the couple on the next table to me, were very annoyed..i had my breakfast before they had the chance to order anything and waited 30 mins for a coffee and 45 mins for poached egg on toast. I just think an hour is not enough to serve breakfast, especially as the majority of people are on. coach trips. So alot of people on a time limit

Pros:

Everything was fine.

Cons:

The only issue I had was when we were in the middle of our breakfast, another couple were asked to sit next to us who we didn't know and myself and my wife couldn't have a private conversation even though there were plenty of available tables that the other couple could have been seated at. I'm sure the other couple felt they were put in the same situation.

Perhaps won't stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great but a bit inconsistent, toast with full English one day but not the next morning.

Cons:

There were small holes in our duvet cover and a small hand towel. Also furious the fire alarm went off at 5.46am and then went off again. I assume it was to raise the folk on tour buses. Not impressed.

Ok for the money but would have preferred a room with less noise.
Pros:

A little tired but does what it needs to do!

Cons:

Our room was in the basement and the kitchen over the top which was very noisy in the morning. Breakfast was mediocre.
