Perfect place for an old world get away.

Great hotel and location.
Pros:

Wonderful quirky boutique hotel centrally located in the heart of the old town minutes away from the main square. The hotel staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Cute place in a perfect location
Pros:

Lovely little place to stay. Great atmosphere. We had one of the loft rooms and it was very cute and might have been a bit small if we were staying for multiple nights. While we didn't eat at the restaurant, it was very popular and they were doing a great business there. We did have the breakfast and it was perfect. I loved the look of this place and it's location was perfect.

Pros:

The property is located within the citadel. As it is an old, renovated building, the rooms are poorly soundproofed—we were woken up at 3 a.m.! The room was small and cramped, and it was located in the attic. Unfortunately, this was the only place during our trip where we encountered rude and unhelpful staff.

Cons:

The stairs were awkward and difficult to navigate with suitcases, and the property was quite noisy.

Cons:

Escaleras empinadas. Complicado subir con una maleta grande. El sumidero de la ducha estaba embozado y la ducha se llenaba de agua. Estaba lleno de pelos y suciedad. Tuvimos que sacarlos. Lo cierto es que lo solucionaron rápidamente enviando la mujer de la limpieza. Ausencia de plazas de aparcamiento para los clientes, te obligan a bajar al pie de la ciudadela y aparcar en zona pública de pago.

Magical place for holiday experience.
Pros:

You cannot beat the location.

Cons:

Nothing wrong about the property. At first, we were worried because it was within the citadel walls that we would have to walk our luggage up from the car, but we found out that we could drive to the front and drop off the luggage and that made the world a difference.

Lokalizacja blisko samego centrum miasta. Pokój dobrze urządzony z czjanikiem i szklankami i kubkami plus herbata. Personel przyjazdny i pomocny. Śniadania smaczne.

Cons:

Mieszkaliśmy nan1 piętrze I było słychać wszystkich gości schodzących i wchodzących na dół i z powrotem. Wiec nie da się pospać rano.:)

Gostamos do alojamento, porém houve falta de comunicação e profissionalismo

Achamos o alojamento muito bonito e acolhedor. O quarto era lindo e rústico.

Cons:

As toalhas estavam com manchas amarelas. As canalizações do duche e lavatório estavam entupidas.

O ponto mais negativo da nossa estadia aconteceu, sem dúvida, no dia do check-out, e foi uma situação que nos deixou bastante desiludidos.
Nesse dia, não nos foi permitido levar o carro até junto do alojamento para podermos colocar as nossas malas, uma vez que a cidadela se encontrava encerrada ao transito devido à realização de uma exposição automóvel. Como consequência, tivemos de percorrer o trajeto até à entrada da cidadela carregados com malas e mochilas, numa situação bastante desconfortável e inconveniente.
O que consideramos mais lamentável não foi apenas o facto de a cidadela estar encerrada, uma situação que naturalmente poderia acontecer, mas sim a falta de comunicação, hospitalidade e profissionalismo por parte do alojamento. Esta alteração deveria ter sido comunicada antecipadamente aos hóspedes, permitindo que pudéssemos organizar o nosso check-out de outra forma. Além disso, perante a situação, esperávamos que o alojamento tivesse demonstrado alguma preocupação em encontrar uma solução ou, pelo menos, em prestar algum apoio no transporte das bagagens até ao nosso veículo.

Hotel bien ubicado
Pros:

El hotel es mono aunque incómodo, se oye todo al ser de madera, la cama bastante hundida y la habitación muy pequeña. La ubicación es excelente, además dejas las maletas y y sacas el coche donde ellos te indican y está fenomenal. El desayuno bastante completo. Esperaba mucho más de este hotel por las valoraciones.

Cons:

El restaurante fatal, tardaron muchísimo en atendernos, hubo platos que nunca llegaron y el postre lo cancelamos después de casi una hora esperándolo, increíble.

Great place to stay with super nice staff
Pros:

Location was amazing. Breakfast was great. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The owner/manager was so helpful to my family. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
