Pros:

Дуже приємна менеджерка готелю, дякую за комплімент від готелю ( підвищення категорії номеру). Хороший персонал загалом. Просторі і сучасні номер і загалом дуже позитивне враження від готелю. Чисто, комфортно і приємно в готелі. По їжі смачні всі овочі гриль і дуже смачна випічка , хороші фрукти і я фанат чізкейку, він був смачний.

Cons:

Знімаю 1 бал, тому, що хочу звернути увагу на їжу , а саме приготування мʼяса, ми його майже не їли бо воно було просто деревʼяним, риби майже не було, а як і була то теж дивно приготовлена. Ми були не голодні, але від мʼясних страв задоволення не отримали

Atostogavome Hotel Bavaro rugsėjo 7-12. Švarus, modernus viešbutis, patogi lokacija, iki jūros 3 min pėsčiomis. Labai gražus kambarys, kuriame yra nemokamas seifas, arbatinis, galingas fenas, funkcionalus veidrodis. Patiekalai skanūs ir kokybiški, nebloga kava, įvairūs vaisiai. Restorane visada užtekdavo maisto, vietų ir įrankių. Lauko baseino temperatūra buvo +23.
Esame labai dėkingi registratūros darbuotojai Marinai už šiltą priėmimą! ❤️ Dėl jos profesionalumo, dėmesingumo, paslaugumo viešbutis nusipelno pačių aukščiausių balų!

Приятен престой на отлично място
Pros:

Хотелът надмина очакванията ми. Има интересен и впечатляващ интериор и екстериор, а множеството асансьори, включително панорамният, интересна допълнителна екстра. :)

При резервацията си в Booking бях отправил специално изискване за конкретен етаж и то беше изпълнено.

Храната и напитките са вкусни и разнообразни. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Особено ми допадна приятната лятна градина към ресторанта.

Паркирането е лесно и удобно, като има избор от три паркинга.

Хотелът е разположен в близост до плажа, в район с прекрасни естествени дюни.

Като цяло, приятно място за почивка. Бих го посетил отново.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We were also very pleased with the Turkish staff, who were knowledgeable, helpful and provided clear information whenever we needed assistance.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the food and beverage service. Although the buffet looks large at first, the actual variety is extremely limited. For example, the cheese section had only 2–3 types of cheese spread across many different plates, while the olive section basically consisted of just two types of olives divided into around ten separate bowls. This creates the impression of a large buffet, but in reality the same products are simply repeated. There wasn’t even a proper jam section at breakfast.

Dinner was equally disappointing in terms of variety, taste and overall food quality. We were so dissatisfied that we eventually stopped returning to the hotel for lunch and preferred to eat elsewhere.

Drinks are advertised as “unlimited,” but many are served from machines. The cola hardly tasted like cola, and the soda was equally disappointing. Unlimited quantity means very little when the quality is this poor.

Hospitality was another disappointment. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. and completely understood that check-in was at 3:00 p.m. However, we were told that we could not use the breakfast or lunch service before check-in and that breakfast would cost €12 per person, even for our 6-year-old child. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere.

Housekeeping was also inadequate. Even wet towels left on the floor were not replaced because we were told towels were changed only every two days. In many cases, housekeeping seemed to do little more than straighten the bed and sheets.

For us, “All Inclusive” should mean more than unlimited food and drinks. Variety, quality, taste, cleanliness and hospitality are equally important. Unfortunately, the hotel fell far below our expectations in these areas.

We would not choose to stay here again.

Хороший отель за свою цену и персонал дружелюбный, все но овы пойти на встречу, чтобы отдыхающим было комфортно

Все очень дружелюбные. Хороший отель, обязательно вернемся сюда

Cons:

Анимация для детей была слабая. Вечерняя дискотека была очень слабая, без энергии.
Подушки были плохие, но это легко исправить, заменив на новые.
