המלון עצמו ברמה גבוהה מאוד, מתוחזק היטב והשירות של הצוות באופן כללי היה טוב ואדיב.

חוסר התאמה לשומרי כשרות ונוקשות בחדר האוכל: למרות שמדובר במלון "הכל כלול" והסברנו שאנו לא אוכלים את האוכל המוצע מטעמי כשרות, נתקלנו בחוסר הבנה מוחלט ובחוסר גמישות. ביקשנו בסך הכל ירקות שלמים שלא נחתכו בסכיני המטבח, וסורבנו שוב ושוב. פעם אחת הביאו קופסת פלסטיק כדי שנמלא ירקות שכבר נחתכו, לאחר טיסת לילה שוב סירבו להוציא ירקות שלמים. חבל שאין מודעות בסיסית ורצון לבוא לקראת האורח בבקשה כה פשוטה.
טמפרטורת הבריכות: המים בבריכות היו קרים מאוד, דבר שהפתיע לרעה בהתחשב בכך ששהינו שם בחודש אוגוסט.
מיקום: המלון מרוחק מהמרכז של סאני ביץ' ומהטיילת הראשית, מה שמצריך נסיעות כדי להגיע למוקדי העניין.

Понравилось абсолютно всё и обслуживание и комфорт,чистота,еда,кофе, качественный алкоголь.

Cons:

На балконе не хватало сушилки для полотенец и мокрых вещей.
Не было никаких развлекательных мероприятий в этот день или хотя бы живой музыки.

אוכל מצויין עם מגוון מסעדות, בריכות מצוינות עם גישה לחוף פרטי, שקט יחסית לשאר המלונות שנמצאים בטיילת.

Cons:

Relaxing stay
Pros:

It’s the second tine we come here and that is because it provides all in one place: food&drinks, pools, beach front, spa and restaurants for dinner. It’s also close to Nesebar and other tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and look quite new.

Cons:

The Asian restaurant was a bit disappointing. However it was a bonus, so it’s not affecting the overall rating.

Totul a fost la superlativ! Camere foarte mari, curate și confortabile, cu o vedere superbă la mare. Mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată, iar băuturile pentru toate gusturile – vin, prosecco și multe altele. Piscinele sunt excelente, iar plaja este foarte frumoasă, cu șezlonguri și prosoape oferite gratuit de hotel. Personalul a fost mereu amabil, atent și zâmbitor. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și cu siguranță vom reveni!

Cons:

Nu avem nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost peste așteptările noastre.

I am writing regarding our recent stay at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

Upon arrival, we were assigned Room 109, which was an accessible room, despite the fact that we had booked a standard room. We did not request an accessible room, and this was not the room type we reserved.

The accessible room was significantly different from the standard room we had booked and expected. In addition, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell of sewage and poor ventilation, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

Immediately after entering the room, we went to the reception and asked to be moved to a standard room. However, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative room was available. As a result, we had no choice but to remain in Room 109 for our stay.

We specifically booked and paid for a standard room, yet we were accommodated in a different room type without prior notice or our consent. We believe this did not meet the accommodation we reserved through Booking.com.
