Rezerwację zrobiłam na 2 dni, jednak jeszcze tego samego dnia byłam zmuszona z niej zrezygnować z powodu wyjazdu z dzieckiem do szpitala. Pracownik hotelu zapewnił mnie, że otrzymam zwrot pieniędzy za drugą dobę. Niestety, mimo upływu ponad tygodnia środki nie zostały zwrócone. Po kontakcie z obsługą poinformowano nas, że jednak zwrotu nie będzie. Nie polecam tego hotelu.
