The rooms are good but the facilitiess are not sufficient

Cons:

No Resturant or pantry facility available. Have to go out for food. Not even tea provided. Towels were provided only on demand.

Very worst experience booking rooms not informing allotting to others
Pros:

I had Booked and specifically mentioned preferred arrival time 9-10pm, I received call by 7pm reg my arrival I said I am on my way. I reached by 10pm before that they had rented the room for somone without informing me I was literally upset I was with my aged parents we were in street till 11pm without any alternative arrangement done by them really it was worst experience not even for enemy
