Good room with pleasant stay

Cons:

The room service and reception is not accessible using telephone.Also food delivery in room only available after 1.30 pm as per staff

This is not a 3 star. The pictures are old, the property isn't being maintained well.
Pros:

Poor maintenance of the bathrooms. They were not clean as well. The bed spreads weren't cleaned and they had stains on them. The couches too had stains.

Cons:

No maintenance, no care was taken to clean the room before handover. The sheets were all stained. The bathrooms were in some rooms broken or cracked.

It’s not upto the level of three star and not even clean.its too much pricey for what they claim to be
