Unverschämtes Personal
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Wir haben wirklich selten so ein unhöfliches Personal in einem Hotel getroffen. Als ich am 27.6 nach einer langen Autofahrt auf den Hotelparkplatz fahren wollte, giftete mich durch den Lautsprecher eine Dame von der Rezeption an, dass nix mehr frei wäre. Als ich nett nachgefragt habe, wo ich denn dann parken könnte, wurde einfach aufgelegt und wir wurden ignoriert. Eine Unverschämtheit. Absolut kundenunfreundlich! Deshalb kommen wir ganz sicher nicht mehr wieder.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super für alle, die mit der Bahn anreisen und schnell im Zentrum/ am Strand sein wollen.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Check-In hätte etwas informativer sein können.
Zur Nutzung des Kühlschrankes in der Gemeinschaftsküche benötigt man einen Schlüssel. Eine kurze Information beim Check-In diesbezüglich, sowie die Herausgabe des Schlüssels wäre gut gewesen.

Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt auf der Mittelmole, also sehr zentral mit toller Aussicht entweder auf den alten Strom oder die Hohe Düne (Schiffsausfahrten). Parkplatz ist vor dem Hotel, aber nicht inklusive. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider ohne Frühstücksangebot. Es gibt aber mehrere Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Mole und fußläufig zum Anleger für die Kreuzfahrtschiffe.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer in Richtung Mole .... im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes 😉
Es hat zum Schlafen völlig ausgereicht nur leider lag das Zimmer genau in Richtung Sonne und somit heißte sich dieses kleine Zimmer total auf.
