The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The main area for improvement would be the lack of a lift. We were initially placed on the third floor, which made carrying luggage and accessing the room quite difficult. A lift would make the hotel much more accessible and convenient, particularly for guests with mobility difficulties or heavy luggage.

The hotel was located perfectly for an overnight stay between flights. When our outbound flight was delayed by 10 hours we were able to extend by an extra day and make the most of the on-site spa, restaurant and pool. The complimentary airport shuttle saved a lot of hassle going both ways and well worth requesting.
As it was the end of our stay we were under the impression we could use/exchange Euros but there was never enough cash available. Not a problem overall as we were able to use Visa but worth being aware.
The room was a good size. It had everything you need including a balcony overlooking the pool. The gardens are manicured. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. The food was good with a good variety. The airport shuttle is a bonus.

Reiste veldig tidlig fra hotellet.Hadde avtalt transport kl. 04:00. Tror det ble glemt, men sjåføren ble vekket og vi kom oss vel av gårde.
Frokosten pakket i egen boks som lå klar i resepsjonen.

What a fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, fabulous art work, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good showers, excellent massages and a lush outdoor pool. The breakfast was around £10 and one of the best I have had anywhere in the world! I really hope to come back here and enjoy another lovely stay. Thank you!

The staff were so lovely, the food was delicious, both at dinner and breakfast. We loved sitting by the pool, the airport shuttle was really helpful. It just felt like a serene and lovely welcome to Madagascar!
Most of the family found the beds really comfy.
The rooms were lovely and big and spacious.
It felt luxurious but was very budget friendly, I would definitely recommend and would go again whenever I come back to Tana.
I just wish the spa facilities could have been open a bit longer in the evening as I didn't get to enjoy it, but other members of my family had a lovely massage!
