Pros:

En general, el alojamiento está bien, aunque considero que hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar. El aire acondicionado del edificio necesita mejoras, especialmente en las zonas donde trabajan los empleados, para que puedan desempeñar su trabajo en mejores condiciones.

En cuanto a la comida, resulta bastante repetitiva y creo que tanto la variedad como la calidad podrían mejorar.

Por otro lado, quiero destacar especialmente al personal del comedor. Son maravillosos, muy amables y atentos. En especial, Johanna y Carlos, que nos han tratado estupendamente y hacen que la experiencia sea mucho más agradable. ¡Muchas gracias por su excelente atención!

El alojamiento está bien, pero necesita mejorar el aire acondicionado, especialmente en las zonas donde trabajan los empleados. La comida es bastante repetitiva y podría mejorar. Lo mejor, sin duda, el personal del comedor: todos maravillosos, especialmente Johanna y Carlos, por su amabilidad y excelente atención.

Muy bien trato y amabilidad en todas las instalaciones en especial Ana y Joana de el comedor y animador@s en especial las dos Lucias.El buffet bien aunq podría mejorar un poco en tema de repeticiones.El parque acuático genial.

Couldn’t complain much been honest little fella was 5 she’s 9 worked for both breakfast was perfect lunch simple but good selection, dinner some night grand some nights were stunning Mexican and Indian nights esp ,pool at hotel can’t complain either entertainment passed the hrs foam party is a great one and last the water park is each to there own for some but not for others were happy to stay around pool

Had to buy ant spray for the room there everywhere but spray done the trick ,beds little uncomfortable but others staying said they thought were fine just used to a good bed at home I guess

Not enough activities like the previous times I’ve been there, it’s gone from really good, to bad, to really bad, been three times in total. This last time I seen loads of big roaches in the lobby where the pool area, spa and games rooms. Was swimming in the spa pool and there was a big roach floating in the water, not acceptable sorry

Good family time

The hotel is good value for money. Staff are very nice, food delicious but hotel would need a bit of refurbishment as is quite old.

Cons:

Inside swimming pool is free at the first time, next time are paid. Cigarette machine didn’t work outside next to swimming pool.

I recommend it to families with children. I also recommend not only going to the water park but also relaxing by the hot

Honestly, I liked everything. The staff is wonderful (Johana Medina is always happy, always uplifting, and very friendly; animators are the best - they'll find a way to talk to any child, they're just super, and I could go on and on about the entire staff). The rooms are clean. The water park is very large, with a pool for every age.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is that when cleaning the rooms they would check for the presence of soap and shower gel, and also add bottled water without having to remind the reception about this.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y tenía tu dirección lo necesario. El acceso a ñl parque acuático estaba muy cómodo
