Muy acogedor, el personal maravilloso y muy atento. Es la tercera vez que alojamos aquí y seguro que no será la última.

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero, aunque tampoco es negativo del todo. Las primeras veces que nos alajamos aquí, la piscina cubierta o spa era gratuito con el alojamiento de Todo Incluido, ahora tienes acceso gratuito durante 1h. Este año que la temperatura no ha sido buena para bañarse en la piscina exterior, lo hemos echado de menos, sobre todo por los peques.

Nos ha gustado mucho, el personal de animación! Quiero hacer especial mención a dos chicas que se llaman Lucía, Antonio y Víctor. Han sido muy agradables y animan muchísimo!! He estado en bastantes sitios, y la verdad, nunca me habían entretenido tanto, a los cuatro!! Espectacular el equipo!! No quiero dejar de hacer especial mención, a dos camareras, Carmen y Jhoana, encantadoras la verdad!! En general ha estado bien, gracias sobre todo al personal que tenéis!!

Cons:

La verdad , el buffet es escaso, muy repetitivo y poca variedad!! En general para ser un Melia, en ese aspecto no lo veo a la altura! Bastante mejorable. El tema de las fichas y los vasos es algo incómodo, si pierdes o te quitan el vaso, 1€ por cada uno!! Y siempre tienes que estar cargando con las fichas o vasos!!
Después el tema de los toboganes, en el parque acuático,sólo hay dos, y sin altura, son pequeños!! Si,muchas piscinas grandes!! Pero prefiero la tranquilidad de la piscina del hotel riwo.

Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal und zu tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Wir hatten zu zweit eine Junior-Suite mit einem schönen großen Balkon (z.T. Blick aufs Meer).
Da wir schon vor dem offiziellen Beginn des Frühstückbuffets losmussten (Seminar in einem anderen Hotel), erhielten wir "Picknick Bags", die okay waren. Toll war aber v.a., dass wir trotzdem schon schnell ins Restaurant rein und uns einen Kaffee holen und mitnehmen durften.
Am Abreisetag konnten wir dann das fantastische Frühstücksbuffet, dass wirklich eine unglaubliche Auswahl und hervorragende Qualität bot, genießen.
Das Personal war supernett und hilfsbereit, bei allem.
Unsere Suite wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar das Geschirr, dass ich in der Spüle morgens in der Eile vergessen hatte, war abends gespült und aufgeräumt. Super Service.
Bei der Anreise mit der Bahn (vom Flughafen) muss man ca. 20 - 30 Minuten laufen, oder ein Taxi nehmen (ca. 8 - 10 EUR).
In der Hotelanlage verkehrt ein Shuttlebus zwischen den einzelnen Hotels und dem Eingangsgate, das spart schon mal 10 min. Fußweg. Man kann sich aber auch mit einem Taxi direkt vor dem Hotel abholen oder bringen lassen.
Es waren viele Familien da und die tobenden Kinder im Außenbereich abends um 11 Uhr waren manchmal schon eine Herausforderung ;-)

Cons:

Das Minipäckchen Butter und Schmelzkäse im Picknick-Bag war bei den Temperaturen nicht so optimal ;-)
Und der sog. SPA-Bereich war auch eine Enttäuschung, da es hier lediglich einen indoor-Pool gab, dessen Öffnungszeiten leider auch nicht mit unserem Tagesablauf zusammenpassten.

Hotel très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Transports en communs proches.
Navette dans l'enceinte du resort qui est très agréable après une longue journée de marche, surtout avec des enfants.
Accès aux services des différents hotels du resort. Toutefois, certains services étaient fermés comme par exemple la zone ado, ou encore l'indisponibilité des raquettes de ping pong (deux tables pour quatre raquettes, ce qui laisse un rendement très faible lorsque les clients gardent les raquettes au lieu de les rendre).
Gros point négatif sur le SPA payant, à hauteur de 15€ par adulte et pour 1 heure, sans compter l'ajout d'un bonnet de bain a 3,50€.
Du personnel toute la journée pour ramasser malheureusement les détritus des clients sans gêne, ce qui laisse l'hotel, le coin piscine, le self très propre.
Une nourriture bonne et variée.
Un service d'accueil à disposition et au top malgré la barrière de la langue.
Un endroit idéal pour les enfants, à proximité de plusieurs belles villes à ne pas manquer (mijas pueblo qui est magnifique).
Nous sommes très satisfait de ce séjour tant attendu !

Las instalaciones, enfocadas hacia los más peques y también para los más mayores. El beach club una pasada, un organización buenísima, todo muy limpio.
El autobús que tienen interno para desplazarte.
El personal del hotel de 10 no hay nada que se les pueda criticar, amables, atentos, cercanos, etc...

Deja mucho que desear para ser un resort de 4 estrellas.
Cobrar por la pulsera de todo incluido, limpieza de la habitación, la comida poca variedad, y el todo incluido nefasto.
No lo recomiendo para nada. Está hecho para los extranjeros, una pena.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were so lovely in reception, play centre, bars and restaurant. All lovely, friendly and they were doing their best job. Just I wish the spa was more than 1 per booking.
The salad bar was always full and nice. The meat could be better. The pastry needed more options. Over all, we really had a great time in there. We definitely come back again.

Nice holiday in a nice place
Pros:

We really enjoyed our holiday overall. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The facilities were good, the beds were large and very comfortable, and we especially liked the variety and quality of the food.

Cons:

One thing we didn’t enjoy was the strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very clean, but unfortunately the smell was quite intense during our stay.
Another thing worth mentioning for future guests: access to the indoor swimming pool is not included in all inclusive and costs €15 per person per hour. Since the outdoor pools are not heated, the indoor pool is really the main option. The hotel considers this area a spa zone, but it mainly consists of a swimming pool, one small sauna, a Turkish sauna, and a jacuzzi. We noticed that many families with children were using it mostly for the pool access. We did it as well.
Overall, we had a very nice stay, but I think it’s useful for future guests to know these details in advance.

Personal, buffet, entretenimiento para niños, a rasgos generales todo muy bien.
Destacar la simpatía y saber estar de muchos de los trabajadores.

Al llegar había varios pelos en la ducha, cosa que no nos causó buena impresión.
