Fantastic location, super comfy bed and great food.
All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We needed to change our evening table booking and they were very patient and accommodating! Great view from the room at the front of the hotel. Lovely room.

Newly decorated rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nice and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly. We had the cooked breakfast in the morning, reasonably priced and very tasty 😋. Parking is across the road but it's free if you're staying in the hotel.
Didn't realise it wasn't actually in Betws-y-coed but a short drive away
We have stayed here a number of times now, the food is excellent, breakfast - evening meals both have a lot to choose from. If you are going to stay so you can go walking, cycling or visiting the near by Zip World attractions then the hotel is for you.

Everything is new. Clean. Quiet.
The property has been very tastefully refurbished. Lovely toiletries / great hairdryer. Restaurant was good for an evening meal Very clean with good tea coffee facilities and warm staff
They got us a fan, but on one of the warmest days of the year our room was very warm. In the winter it would be super cosy but on such a hot day we were trying to find space for all the cushions etc
