Friendly place with great decor.
Room and bathroom were disappointingly small.
Clean comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff
What could have been better? Not much!
Great location and situated above friendly pub.
Room was very very basic and small.
Beautiful mountain view from the garden. Nice breakfast. Great location for climbing Snowdon. Loads of parking available.

Good selection of tea and coffee, little biscuits were an extra. Nice lotions in the bathroom. The room was very clean. Bed was a good size. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Room was next to a main road and this made it noisy. Also with one corridor sp
Separating the rooms we could often hear people walking and children running down this. Restaurant got very busy and our food took over and hour to come out. Staff were very apologetic about this and refunded some of our meal. Small things need looking at. No plug in the sink, pillow quality poor compared to rest of bedding. Only one large towel each, I do like an bigger one for my hair.
Perfect location for my running holiday. Staff friendly, accommodation attractive, clean & comfortable and food excellent.
Nothing I didn’t like!
Mostly everything
TV was difficult to log into.
The rooms are very comfortable; the food and drinks are amazing, including a delicious breakfast. The staff are so kind, and my whole family loved this place.
A little warm for us without air conditioning, but we opened the window to let a cool breeze come in. However, this could be a bit annoying if you get one of the front rooms, as the road in front of the hotel can sometimes be busy.
Super friendly staff. Fab (small'ish) well presented room. Evening and breakfast food, top drawer 👌
Nothing
Location was good for Snowdon.
Rooms are small and basic and there was a musty smell in the bathroom.
Rooms well furnished and very clean
Our rooms overlooked the A5, which was particularly busy at weekends. Traffic noise was constant, with frequent groups of motorcycles fitted with very loud exhausts travelling along the road, making it noticeably noisy.
Clean and comfortable, dog friendly bar and decent food
The dog friendly room was at the very end of the corridor, so a long walk to go out for a midnight toilet!
Mountain View room is on the main road, which is busy and noisy.
Comfy, clean, friendly staff, great food
