The atmosphere and location. It's like I was outside Bloemfontein.

They put only 1 toilet paper. We had to request for 1 more

Convenient location with room for improvement
Pros:

The location is convenient, with the town centre only about a 10-minute drive away. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and stable throughout my stay, and the beds were comfortable, making for a good night's rest.

Cons:

The staff were not particularly welcoming, and I believe this is an area where additional customer service training would make a noticeable difference. A warm and friendly reception goes a long way in making guests feel valued.

The property itself also requires some maintenance. The air conditioning was not working, and the overall appearance of the venue felt tired and lacked appeal.

The breakfast selection was quite limited, offering very few options. Overall, the atmosphere felt cold and uninviting, which made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Pros:

We were not comfortabke with the rooms they gave us we talk to them they change the rooms and we were not be able to eat breakfast since our programes were early the prepered us breakfast packs

Cons:

There was a lady who was doing day shift on suterday she was rude when i asked something
That makes me say nomatter what i wont book their venue next time
