The room was functionable however a spot light shone into room early evening till23.00 so needed to draw curtains but needed to keep window open as hot . The road was quite noisy Possibly basic soap / shower gel would be a benefit

Dodged a bullet.
Pros:

The room was cancelled on the day due to the ceiling in the room collapsing.
Obviously never stayed there, and wouldn't want to with that level of safety risk.
Hotel was not interested in helping find an alternative as it was a booking.com reservation. Booking.com offer was pointless as it would not have helped with a new room cost, and had to be booked through booking.com.

Cons:

The whole experience. Poor support and highlights the issue that booking.com is great when it works and next to useless when it doesn't.

Acceptable but needs a bit of tlc
Pros:

Breakfast was good. More fresh fruit would be good. Staff were very good particularly in the restaurant.

Cons:

Hard beds . Lack of fresh fruit. Poor selection of lagers. Decor needs a revamp
